America`s War Veterans: PTSD and its Cure
Letter to Editor By Zahir Ebrahim for Salem-News.com
If the suffering veterans of America can forge a movement to loudly say NO to the vile indignities being heaped upon us right here at home in the land of the free, they can make a difference to their own healing.
(LOS ANGELES) -
The two American websites, Veterans Today and Salem News, run by two former US Military veterans, contain some of the most outstanding RealitySpeak writings by both civilians and America's war veterans, presumably, all mostly being eagerly ingested by other American war veterans.
In full disclosure, these websites also reprint my two cents every now and then.

I wanted to get your attention with the above title. I have posted several articles on this subject. See PTSD Leveque, maybe about 100 including piggy back articles.
TBI is most likely the new name for SHELL SHOCK which is mostly concussion injury or direct physical injury to the head.

“Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus.” False in one thing, false in everything.

The debacle stemming from the now-closed and heavily contaminated El Toro Marine Corps Air Station is taking a new direction.
Questions and research about the Marine Corps service record of the CEO of the 'Great Park' appear to paint an entirely different picture of a man who wants to turn the toxic base into a park for children.

This history of American women in the military goes back to the Revolutionary War and every war since and most probably the result of the same mistreatment including rape, the worst assault.
At the present time 15% of military veterans are female and this amounts to about 2,000,000.

Includes Duc Tran Van's open letter to William Calley.

It is a dubious honor that a photo from an article I wrote about the 40th anniversary of the My Lai Massacre in Vietnam, is one of the top picks on Google Images under this tragic subject.
I'm recently humbled by contact from My Lai survivor Duc Tran Van, a 7-year old boy in his village when it was almost completely decimated almost the entire population.

Poetry by Gerardo Mena Special to Salem-News.com
