Death Investigation Leads to Manslaughter Charge in The Dalles

Police say the preliminary investigation shows that the 24-year old victim died of blunt force trauma to the head.

(THE DALLES, Ore.) - Police say an interagency investigation in the death Sunday of a 24-year old man in The Dalles led to the arrest of two people, including an 18-year old The Dalles resident on Manslaughter, Assault and Burglary charges.

Both men are scheduled for arraignment Tuesday afternoon in Wasco County Circuit Court.
