Police say a 15-year old boy either fell or jumped to his death today from a parking garage. Officers responded today at 3:30 p.m. to the parking garage in the area of SW 6th Avenue and Washington Street in downtown Portland, according to Detective Mary Wheat with the Portland Police Bureau.
