Published report suggests Kyron Horman's mom once offered a man money to kill her husband; Police won't comment.

Portland`s Dr. Death Found Guilty in Australia

Oregon goes after esteemed medical marijuana physicians but allows the killers to move to Australia.

(MELBOURNE) - Dr. Jayant Patel Following a 14 week trail and 50 hours of deliberation, a jury found Portland, Oregon's Dr. Jayant Patel dubbed “Dr. Death” guilty.

Patel was charged with 3-counts of manslaughter, from botched death resulting surgery he performed on three patient in Australia.

Portland Police: Homicide Likely Tied to Domestic Abuse

A suspect in the incident is currently in custody at the hospital.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Homicide investigation Homicide detectives are on scene at a residence in the 600 Block of N. Alberta, investigating a homicide that occurred earlier today.

After receiving a 911 call from a friend of the victim, officers responded to the scene in and found an adult woman who was deceased inside the residence.

Groups to Protest ICE Program that Divides Families and Threatens Community Security

March and Rally calls for end to ICE program that divides families, it happens today at 4:30 p.m.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Immigration rally CAUSA Oregon will conduct a joint demonstration with Rural Organizing Project (ROP) and SEIU Local 503 OPEU outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office in Portland. During a march and rally, members of the groups will call for an end to a program that threatens community safety and security.

Started in October 2008, "Secure Communities" is a national immigration program that targets non-citizens who are arrested by the police.

Driver Died After Being Shot Behind the Wheel

No arrests have been made in this incident and this is an ongoing investigation.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Police lights Police say a driver was shot while behind the wheel this morning at 1:00 a.m. Portland Police officers were called out to the scene of the crash in the area of the 8900 Block of E. Burnside Street.

Detective Mary Wheat says officers found three people in a vehicle that had hit a pole and eventually crashed into a yard of a residence in the area.
