Missing Tacoma Man`s Body Found on Forest Service Land Near Idahana

77-year-old Marvin Wright was an Alzheimer's patient, missing from his home in Tacoma, Washington since April 25th.

(IDAHANA, Ore.) - Death investigation Investigators with the Marion County Sheriff's Office were called out to the Santiam Canyon area just before 11:00 AM this morning on a report of a dead body.

They were contacted by the U.S. Forest Service who reported that they had seen a white Toyota Camry on Whitewater Rd SE near mile post 6, on Forest Service land north of Detroit.

Missing English Cyclist Found Safe in California

The Englishman is said to be in good condition.

(EUREKA, Calif. ) - Clive Leslie Ruddle Oregon State Police have been contacted by the wife of missing English cyclist 49-year-old Clive Leslie Ruddle, that he has arrived in Eureka, California and is OK.

Investigators learned he was in the southern Oregon coast as late as Friday, May 4th.

Information indicates Ruddle stayed at Sunset Bay State Park south of Coos Bay on May 2nd and 3rd. He reportedly left the morning of May 4th.

Police in Oregon Searching for English Cyclist

Clive Ruddle flew into Seattle, Washington on April 19th for a planned cycling trip along the West Coast until he was to arrive in San Diego, California around June 6th.

(TILLAMOOK, Ore.) - Missing cyclist Clive Ruddle Oregon State Police and the Tillamook County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's help in locating a missing man from Great Britain who was reportedly cycling from Port Angeles, Washington to San Diego, California and was believed to have been in the Tillamook County area when last heard from April 30th.

Photographs of recently purchased bicycling equipment and gear, as well as photographs of the missing man are being provided to help locate him.

Amber Alert Cancelled for 6-Year Old Missouri Girl

The girl was located safely.

(AMSTERDAM, Mo.) - Rachel Peace and Cassandra Peace The Bates County Sheriff and the State of Missouri issued an Amber Alert today after a child was apparently abducted by her mother, Rachel Peace, who has made threats in the past to harm herself and her children. The event occurred in Amsterdam Missouri.

Four Missing Oregon Teens Found Alive

Police say the rafters are in good shape, however they are a little cold and hungry.

(TROUTDALE, Ore. ) - sandy river photo Multnomah County Search and Rescue teams searching the Sandy River near Lewis and Clark State Park this morning for four teens who went missing after a rafting trip Sunday afternoon have been found safe.

Sheriff’s Deputies say the four, two men and two women, all 19. began their trip from Dodge Park around noon Sunday. The river is extremely cold and full of debris.

They had trouble in some river rapids, and stopped for the night along the riverbank.

River Search Resumes for Four Missing Oregon Teens

Search crews hope to get help later today from a U.S. Coast Guard Helicopter based in Astoria.

(POULSBO, Wa.) - Amber Alert logo for Washington The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office is looking for Serenity Withrow, a small child who they say was taken by her mother, a woman with a history of drug use and physical abuse of children.

Police say the abduction took place in Poulsbo, Washington on Wednesday, May 2nd at 5:00 PM.

Five Missing WWII Airmen are Identified

On Sept. 21st, 1944, a C-47A Skytrain crewed by the airmen was delivering Polish paratroopers to a drop zone south of Arnhem, Holland, in support of "Operation Market Garden."

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - C-47A Skytrain photo The Department of Defense POW/Missing Personnel Office announced today that the remains of five U.S. servicemen, missing from World War II, have been identified and are being returned to their families for burial with full military honors.

They are 1st Lt. Cecil W. Biggs, of Teague, Texas; 1st Lt. William L. Pearce, of San Antonio, Texas; 2nd Lt. Thomas R. Yenner, of Kingston, Pa.; Tech. Sgt. Russell W. Abendschoen of York, Pa.; and Staff Sgt. George G. Herbst of Brooklyn, N.Y.; all U.S. Army Air Forces.

Vancouver Police ask Public for Assistance in Locating Missing Man

(VANCOUVER, Wa.) - Lauren Ray Lundblad Vancouver Police are attempting to locate a man who has been missing since Friday April 29th. Lauren Ray Lundblad was last seen when he left his Rosemere residence on his way to work.

Mr. Lundblad was riding a silver bicycle, enroute to Milwaukie, Oregon. He was wearing gray shorts and a green windbreaker.

Lauren Ray Lundblad is 32 years old, 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. He has brown hair, facial hair, and brown eyes. Anybody with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Vancouver Police or 911.

Civil Air Patrol Joins Search for William Boyer on Oregon Coast

The Curry County Sheriff is the lead agency in this search and all media inquiries about the search should be directed to their office.

(BROOKINGS, Ore.) - CAP search for Oregons William Boyer The Oregon Civil Air Patrol has launched Cessna 182 Search Aircraft from the Brookings Airport in support of the Curry County Sheriff in their continuing search for 83 year old William Boyer who was reported missing last weekend.

The CAP first became involved in the search Monday and Tuesday at the request of the Curry County Sheriff Office.
