Amber Alert Issued Over 11-Year Old California Girl in Extreme Danger

(SALINAS, Calif.) - Special thanks to Salinas Police for these images of the missing girl, Maria Roldan, and suspect Joventino Benegas. An AMBER Alert has been issued for an 11-year old California girl missing out of Salinas, who is reportedly in danger.

The State of California issued the Amber Alert Thursday afternoon at 1:39 p.m. after the girl was reportedly abducted earlier in the day from her home in Salinas.

Police in Salinas say the child is believed to be in extreme danger. Maria Roldan an 11 year old Hispanic female, 5' tall, 116 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Search Suspended for Missing Boater near Astoria, Oregon

The Coast Guard Air Station in Astoria received the report at 12:26 p.m. and dispatched an HH-60 helicopter crew while a 25-foot motor lifeboat crew left from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, Washington.

(ASTORIA, Ore.) - Tongue Point in Clatsop County, Oregon Coast Guard officials say the search has been suspended for a man at Tongue Point who went missing Sunday after the boat he was in struck a submerged object and capsized.

The Clatsop County Sheriff's Office has dispatched a dive team to the area hoping to find some sign of the missing man.

Officials Hope to Identify Woman`s Body Found in River (PHOTOS)

MCSO requests help in identifying persons remains discovered in the Willamette River

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Items located with the remains of a woman whose body was discovered May 31st in the Willamette River. Investigators in Multnomah County say that on May 31st 2009, the remains of an unidentified female were discovered in the Willamette River. Multnomah County Sheriff's Office detectives say they are working with the State Medical Examiner's Office in attempting to identify this person.

They also hope that somebody might recognize that items that were recovered on the woman's body. They hope to establish leads that will help in identifying this person.

AMBER Alert Issued for 10 Year Old Georgia Girl

Anyone with information is asked to call the Fulton County School Police Department at 404-867-3468 or dial 911.

(COLLEGE PARK, Ga.) - Kaylen Francis Johnson The State of Georgia issued an Amber Alert Friday afternoon after a child was reportedly abducted in College Park earlier in the day. The child is believed to be in extreme danger.

Police believe they may be headed to Mississippi.

Kaylen Francis Johnson a 10 year old Black female, 3' 9", 70 pounds with brown eyes and sandy brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink plaid skirt, pink shirt and gold sandals.

Amber Alert Issued for Missing 14-Day Old Baby in Washington

The suspect is Gretchen Pier, an 18-year old white female, 5' 4", 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

(OKANOGAN, Wash.) - 18-year old Gretchen Pier The state of Washington issued an Amber Alert this evening after a 14-day old baby boy was abducted in Tonasket earlier in the day.

Police say the child suffers from a metabolic disorder and is in urgent need of medical care according to authorities and a court order has been issued to place the child in specialized medical/foster care.

Salem Police Safely Locate Possible Endangered Infant and Mother (UPDATE)

The mother who took her four-month old infant last night is now in custody and her child is safe.

(SALEM, Ore.) - 27-year old Sarah Mullins Police say 27-year old Sarah Mullins appeared at the Marion County Juvenile Court today at about 10:30 a.m. with her infant, Ashton Bradley Giron-Taylor and was immediately taken into custody.

She was charged with Custodial Interference in the Second Degree and transported to the Marion County Jail.

Amber Alert Issued For Texas Girl Believed to be in Grave and Immediate Danger

The girl was last seen wearing lime green shorts, a green striped shirt with a white collar and Hello Kitty earrings. She has a small scar on right eyebrow and a birthmark on her upper leg.

(HIDALGO, Tx.) - 4-year old Lesley Estefania Perez The State of Texas issued an Amber Alert early this morning after a child was reportedly abducted while playing in front of her home in Hidalgo on Tuesday evening.

Hidalgo is just south of McAllen on the Mexican border.

Salem Man`s Body Recovered Days After Plunging From Embankment

Investigators believe the man may have been at the bottom of an embankment for several days before being discovered.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Death investigation Marion County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at Brooklake Road and Wheatland Road last night at 7:00 p.m.

Lt. Sheila Lorance with the Sheriff's Office, says arriving deputies located a 1995 Nissan Sentra that had traveled approximately 130 feet down an embankment.

California Issues Amber Alert Over 18-Month Old Boy

AMBER Alert Issued for 18 Month Old California Boy‏

(POMONA, Calif.) - 33-year old Francisco Rodriguez is the suspect in the disappearance of an 18-month old boy. The State of California issued the Amber Alert Sunday morning after the boy was reportedly abducted in Pomona earlier Sunday. No further information about the incident or circumstances is available at this time, police said.

The missing boy, Alexis Rodriguez, an 18 month old Hispanic male. The suspect in the case is 33-year old Francisco Rodriguez, an Hispanic male, who is five foot eight inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Two Soldiers Killed and One Missing in Action in Afghanistan (UPDATE)

The soldier who is missing, William Vile, is assigned to the 1st Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas.

(SALEM, Ore.) - The Department of Defense reports the death of two soldiers in Afghanistan, and one soldier as Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown (DUSTWUN). This is the military's new and somewhat confusing term for Missing in Action.

The action leading the the death of the two soldiers and the disappearance of the other, occurred May 1 near the village of Nishagam, in Kunar Province, Afghanistan, where all three were supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
