Cameragiantsinc.com has garnered consumer complaints due to false advertising, unauthorized charges, and customer service and delivery issues. While they have claimed to be Bellevue, Wash., based; research indicates they are located in Brooklyn, New York.

Con Artists Text Consumers to Pose as Banks, Credit Cards

Better Business Bureau recommends not trusting text messages that discuss finances.

(LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.) - Your Better Business Bureau has received recent inquiries showing that con artists are using text messages to attempt to scam financial-institution customers.

It is believed that the illnesses happened because a volunteer parent was preparing for an art project and used Krylon Crystal Clear acrylic spray before school started.

(LAKE OSWEGO) - Westridge Elementary School Principal Dr. Scott Lane contacted the fire department about an odor in the school this morning at 10:23 a.m.

"They could not find a source at that time one student was complaining of nausea and dizziness," Lake Oswego Fire Department Spokesman Gert Zoutendijk said.

He says that when Truck 211 arrived, it was the first unit on scene, and they quickly noticed the situation was more than just one student sick.

BBB recommends caution when doing business with Blue Yellow Book.

(LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.) - Your Better Business Bureau phone staff have received complaints from businesses who say a company called Blue Yellow Book or blueyellowbook.com is contacting them with a dishonest request.

“I was in tears,” said Sallie Norman, a business owner in Sterling, Alaska, after being contacted in an aggressive manner by Blue Yellow Book. “They scare the daylights out of you.”

Blue Yellow Book, at 20533 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 635 in Miami, has an “F” rating with your BBB. This is BBB’s lowest rating, meaning that we strongly question the company’s reliability. BBB has received 20 complaints in the past 36 months concerning Blue Yellow Book; 19 are closed unanswered.

(LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.) - A 16-year old Westlake area boy was seriously injured in a sledding accident today at 3:30 PM, according to Gert Zoutendijk with Lake Oswego Fire.

He says the teenager was sledding down a short steep driveway when he fell and hit his head on the ground.

(LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.) - The Greenbrier Companies (NYSE:GBX) announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Roller Bearing Industries, Inc. ("RBI") from SKF USA Inc.

Greenbrier will immediately assume the operations of the RBI facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky with a current workforce of about 50 employees.
