After five years of an illegal and brutal blockade of Gaza, a plan is finally announced to replace aid with trade.

The Samouni clan is the focus but they are only one family in Gaza where 1-7 million human beings live in an open air prison surrounded by walls and fences and an Israeli patrolled sea.

During the past several years, Food For The Poor has constructed six Amerindian Villages in Guyana.

Thanks to the continued support of Food For The Poor donors, the third-largest international relief and development agency in the United States will celebrate two decades of service to Guyana’s poor on Friday, June 3.

Food For The Poor began working in Guyana in 1991, delivering food and other basic items to Guyana’s poor.
