Police made an arrest in the April 30th shooting that took place in Dundee. Around 11:30 PM Thursday, 34-year old Willard Wayne Waggoner was arrested by the US Marshals Service Oregon Fugitive Task Force with vital assistance from Salem Police Department and Albany Police Department. The arrest was made at a residence in Albany.
