Tillamook Cheese Vans Found Safe; 2 Sacramento Men Arrested

Both suspects were taken into custody in the City of Rocklin, Calif., without incident.

(MANTECA, Calif. ) - Tillamook Cheese VW Vans After an extensive investigation, Tuesday at 12:45 p.m., members of the San Joaquin County’s Delta Regional Auto Theft Task Force arrested two people involved in the theft of several Tillamook Cheese vehicles, which included three custom VW Micro-Buses, valued at $300,000.

The theft occurred over the weekend, while the Tillamook Cheese transport truck and trailer containing the restored VW buses were parked at a hotel parking lot in Manteca.

Tillamook Cheese Tour VW Mini Buses Stolen in California

It shouldn’t be too hard to spot the vehicles, as all of them are custom-painted orange with the “Tillamook” logo emblazoned on the sides.

(MANTECA, Calif. ) - Tillamook Cheese Tour Police say that the whole Tillamook Cheese Tour truck caravan was stolen from the parking lot of a Manteca hotel Saturday morning.

The trailer was parked at the Hampton Inn along Bass Pro Drive in Manteca, Manteca Police say. At some point between 12:30 and 6:30 a.m., police say, thieves took off with the whole caravan of vehicles – which not only includes a pickup truck and a trailer, but three classic Volkswagen Mini Buses.

High Speed Chase on I-84 Ends With Two Felons in Custody

(HOOD RIVER, Ore. ) - Oregon State Police High Speed Chase Oregon State Police, with the assistance of several law enforcement partners in Hood River and Wasco counties, arrested two wanted persons following Thursday morning's high speed attempt to elude along Interstate 84.

The two occupants were identified as driver 30-year-old Patricia Marie Motley, from Gresham, and passenger 28-year-old Aaron Joseph Smith, from Rosamond, California.

(GARNER VALLEY, Calif. ) - Cynthia Watson An Oregon grandmother who authorities said made a cup of methamphetamine-laced tea while visiting family in California is facing a felony child endangerment charge after her 2-year-old granddaughter drank the concoction and was hospitalized.

51-year-old Cynthia Watson, of the Portland area, was charged on Monday with felony child endangerment and possession of methamphetamine, and was due in court on Wednesday, Riverside County Sheriff's spokesman Deputy Alberto Martinez said.

California Man Arrested in Oregon After Police Find Cocaine

Police arrested 42-year-old Jay Gaudalupe Barragan, from West Sacramento, California.

(MEDFORD, Ore. ) - An Oregon State Police traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Medford led to the arrest of a West Sacramento, California man after he was found in possession of approximately 2.2 pounds of cocaine.

Subsequent investigation during the traffic stop, with the assistance of a Medford Police Department drug detection canine, led to the discovery of approximately 2.2 pounds of cocaine concealed inside the pickup.

Police arrested 23-year-old Erica Dana Lummus, of Molalla, and 24-year-old Italia Angelique Porter, of Vancouver, Washington in connection with an investigation that started at a Beaverton Motel on May 23.
