Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest for Steroid Possession

The man now faces a charge of Possession of Steroids, Schedule III.

(BEAVERTON, Ore.) - 24-year old Michael Douglas Ceja of Beaverton was charged with Possession of Steroids, Schedule III Beaverton Police officers say they stopped a vehicle near SW Hall Boulevard and SW Greenway for expired license plate tags and no proof of insurance last night just before 7:00 PM. Sgt. Paul Wandell with Beaverton Police says the officers contacted the driver, who was identified as 24-year old Michael Douglas Ceja of Beaverton.

During a search of the vehicle, officers say they located a small bottle of liquid that was shown to be steroids. Officers said they also located individually packaged syringes and empty bottles.

Company closes record revenue year in 2007.

Police Investigate Stabbing of Woman in Beaverton

The suspect reportedly tried to force the 27-year old woman into his trunk.

(BEAVERTON, Ore.) - Stabbing investigation Police in Beaverton say a man tried to force a woman into his trunk this afternoon in an apartment complex parking lot after stabbing her twice, leaving the woman with serious injuries.

When police arrived on scene they found the 27-year old female victim on the ground in front of the apartment with a stab wound in the stomach and in the left chest.

Firefighters Pull Beaverton Woman from Burning Building

Firefighters rescued an adult female from an upstairs bedroom area.

(BEAVERTON, Ore.) - Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue firefighter/paramedics and Metro West Ambulance paramedics A one-alarm fire critically injured a Beaverton woman and heavily damaged her home Tuesday morning. Neighbors called 9-1-1 dispatchers just after 8:00 AM to report that smoke was coming from the top floor of a tri-level home at 7650 SW 141st near the corner of Kimberly Drive.

Storm Smith with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue says firefighters from four different stations converged on the home with the first arriving engines from South Beaverton and Beaverton Main Fire Stations reporting heavy fire coming from the top story windows.

Beaverton Police Seek Suspects in Home Invasion Robbery

Police say the men are armed and dangerous.

(BEAVERTON, Ore.) - Suspects Leo Lopez and Frankie Gentry in Oregon home invasion robbery, 11-20-07 Beaverton Police were called out to a report of a home invasion robbery at an apartment in the 13200 block of SW 2nd St this morning at 12:26 AM. They say three victims were inside of the apartment when three male suspects entered and robbed them at gunpoint.

No one was injured during the robbery, police said. The victims were forced to lie on the floor while the suspects ransacked the apartment. The following two suspects have been identified.

Beaverton Police Sgt. Paul Wandel says the juvenile was walking in the area when she heard a loud sound; turned around and saw an adult male masturbating.

Videotape Catches Graffiti Tagger in the Act

Beaverton Police hope somebody identifies the suspect from the tape.

(BEAVERTON, Ore.) - Tagger suspect in Beaverton, Oregon 10-22-97 The Beaverton Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect they describe as a tagger who has vandalized a Verizon electrical box and at least one vehicle in the Beaverton area.

The suspect was videotaped vandalizing an electrical box on October 15th in the 5500 block of SW Alger Street. Police say the suspect used a red Sharpie marker to write "XIV" on conduit pipe and on the top and side of an electrical box.
