Traffic Stop Leads to Three Arrests, Seizure of Meth, Heroin and a Gun

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - A "traffic" stop turned into much more than an infraction for the driver and occupants. At approximately 4:45 p.m. on July 14th, Drugs and Vice Division (DVD) officers conducted a traffic stop on Southeast Stark Street at I-205. During the stop, officers gained consent of the occupants to search the vehicle.

Narcotics K-9 "Lola" was used to search the vehicle and located approximately five (5) pounds of methamphetamine and one (1) pound of heroin in a backpack in the trunk of the vehicle. Additionally, a handgun was located in the backpack.

Three people in the vehicle were arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Jail:

20-year-old Robert Bamdelio Flores was charged with Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon.

20-year-old Jovanny Luna was charged with Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Delivery of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

19-year-old Jose Manuel Olguin Delivery of Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Delivery of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

The estimated street value for the narcotics is $300,000.
