What has become of our natural, most protective instinct?

(CLEVELAND) - In third world countries you pay bribes all day, in America you do the same thing, just more indirectly. So much of life today makes so little sense.

We are raised to be honest and then learn as adults that cheating, lying, deceiving, swindling; it all takes place on a daily basis. People live corrupt lives to keep good jobs, but they fail to understand that somebody is paying a price.

Pakistan Army and Intelligence Seek Influence in Afghanistan: Karzai

Karzai insisted that the people of Pakistan should realize that considerable opportunities were missed during the past ten years to improve relations between the two nations.

(KABUL Khaama Press) - Afghan president Hamid Karzai once again criticized Pakistan’s military and intelligence agency for their efforts to weaken and make Afghanistan unstable using religious extremists as a tool.

President Karzai has said that Afghanistan will never complain from the people of Pakistan since they shared their home and food with the Afghan people during holy war and emigration times.

Pakistan is unable to achieve its desired status in the comity of nations despite having good natural and human resources; the reason is that there is injustice at the heart of all its systems and levels.

(PORTLAND, OR) - The recently released 2013 Global Peace Index (GPI) placed the U.S.100th out of 162 countries. That’s not so spectacular.

The GPI, which is endorsed by a number of Nobel Peace laureates, eminent individuals, and renowned academics, considers factors related to both negative peace, that is, the absence of violent conflict, and positive peace, or characteristics of just and humane societies, like ample housing, access to education, lack of poverty, healthcare, and gender equality.
