Oregon Coast Aquarium Invites Divers to Dive with Sharks

If you've been waiting for a chance to swim with the sharks...here you go!

(NEWPORT, Ore.) - Oregon Aquarium divers Passionate divers may join a pilot "guest dive" program at the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

They will dive with Aquarium sharks and other fishes under the supervision of Aquarium dive guides, and explore the simulated shipwreck in the Halibut Flats exhibit, swim through the kelp and become a part of the Aquarium dive show as visitors in the tunnel watch them and take photos.

(DHAKA- Bangladesh) - A house wife is being prevented from leaving the country to meet her husband The illegal and uncalled misuse of the Exit Control List in Pakistan, is being used to stop ordinary citizens, even housewives, from travelling abroad for family unification.

Ms. Zaibul Nigar was stopped by officials at Islamabad Airport and banned from flight without any justifiable reason, because her husband chairs the Balawaristan National Front.

(LONDON Sri Lanka Guardian) - Sri Lanka I was meant to travel to Sri Lanka this week as part of an official delegation from the GUE/NGL (Left group in European Parliament). The idea to travel to Sri Lanka came from the meeting I hosted in the Parliament a few months ago about the massacre of Tamils in Sri Lanka.

My wish to go was strengthened by the many meetings I have had with the Tamil Diaspora, and others active on the issue of Tamil rights, in the recent period.

Corban Students and Staff Band Together to Help Terminally Ill Student Graduate

A few credits short, Corban’s Academic Council voted to award Sara Swenson her the Bachelor of Communication degree.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Sara Swenson At the Corban University Homecoming celebration in October, Corban senior Sara Swenson gave a personal testimony about her battle with cancer that gave glory to God and moved many to tears.

Swenson was diagnosed with various forms of cancer in June 2009 following her junior year at Corban.
