Oregon to Host Detroit in ESPN College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon

The game will be shown live on ESPNU at 8:00 p.m. PST.

(EUGENE, Ore. ) - Oregon Ducks Basketball For the first time ever, Oregon has been selected to take part in ESPN's College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon on Nov. 17-18.

The Ducks’ Tip-Off Marathon appearance will come in their opening game of the Legends Classic versus Detroit on Monday, Nov. 17 at Matthew Knight Arena.

Another big hit this year was the return of an old Salem classic: Bob's Hamburgers.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Salem Hoopla 2014 Thousands of basketball players, their families, and just fans of the game, turned out Saturday for the 16th annual Oregon National Guard 3-on-3 basketball tournament in Salem.

The streets surrounding the Oregon State Capitol grounds were transformed into basketball courts, where players from every age group and ability, showed off their best Michael Jordan, LeBron James, or Larry Bird basketball skills.

Newgarden matched his season-best qualifying effort accomplished at Texas and secured his best on a road/street course in his three seasons.

(LEXINGTON, Ohio) - Sebastien Bourdais Sebastien Bourdais earned his second Verizon P1 Award of the season by recording the best time on his final lap in the Firestone Fast Six shootout for the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio.

It was the 33rd career pole for the four-time Champ Car champion to tie Dario Franchitti for seventh all time.
