5-Year Old Girl Rescued From Burning Motorhome after Fatal Crash

Oregon State Trooper encounters motorhome in flames, that took two lives.

(LINN COUNTY, Ore.) - traffic fatal The trooper discovered that a motorhome had struck the back of a parked commercial truck and trailer. As the trooper approached the crash, two witnesses from the rest area were running to provide assistance.

The trooper yelled into the wreckage and a 5 year old female cried for help. As the motorhome was on fire, the trooper used his fire extinguisher to knock down the flames.

MCSO Deputies Investigating Deadly Crash in North Marion County

Tragic crash on St. Paul Highway

(MARION COUNTY, Ore.) - traffic fatal Today at about 11:30 am, Marion County Sheriff's Deputies were called to investigate a serious motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Arbor Grove Road NE and St. Paul Highway.

Investigators with the MCSO Crash Team have concluded that the passenger car was driving south on Arbor Grove Road NE when the driver crashed his silver Mazda 3 through a stop sign and the car slid underneath a semi-truck and trailer that was traveling westbound on St. Paul Highway.

Clatsop County Holds Press Conference in Relation to the Seaside Shooting

(SALEM, Ore.) - Clatsop County DA Joshua Marquis At about 9:20 p.m. on Friday night February 5 in downtown Seaside a wanted 17-time felon named Phillip Ferry was spotted by two uniformed Seaside Police officers. Both officers were familiar with Mr. Ferry and a check revealed an active felony warrant.

As officers tried to detain and arrest him, Ferry shot 39-year-old Seaside Police Sergeant Jason Goodding with a single shot from a semi-automatic pistol resulting in Sgt. Goodding's almost immediate death.

Seaside Police Sergeant and Suspect Die After Gunfire

The suspect reportedly was shot by a taser and responded by shooting the officer with a gun.

(SEASIDE, Ore.) - Seaside Sergeant Jason M. Goodding Authorities say Phillip Ferry was walking down Broadway and was known by the officers to have a warrant for his arrest. Sergeant Goodding and the other officer attempted to place Mr. Ferry under arrest for the felony assault warrant.

Mr. Ferry reportedly resisted arrest and the other officer deployed less lethal force (taser). Ferry then fired a shot and struck Sergeant Goodding. The other Seaside police officer returned fire and shot Ferry.

National Council of Clubs Responds to Denver Motorcycle Expo Shooting

Eight patients were admitted into Denver Health, one died, three were in critical condition on Saturday afternoon after a verbal argument led to gunfire.

(DENVER, Colo.) - Biker shooting Council of Clubs attorney Wade Eldridge was present at the expo and in fact witnessed much of the confrontation. Mr. Eldridge says that he was present when he saw a crowd of Mongols and Iron Order, approximately a total of 20-30 individuals, gather inside the expo. According to Eldridge there was yelling and a verbal argument ensuing.

Mr. Eldridge then heard a gunshot. He saw an Iron Order member holding a handgun in his right hand with his right arm extended. According to Eldridge, he heard people shouting, “Put your gun away!”

Man Dies While Attempting to Chain-up near North Powder

A truck driver was hit by a sliding car while he was outside putting on chains.

(BAKER, Ore.) - traffic fatal On January 31, 2016 at 8:30 AM a fatal crash occurred on I-84 Westbound near milepost (MP) 281 near North Powder.

The preliminary investigation indicated 50-year old Igor S. Nikolaychuk, from Vancouver, Washington was outside his semi-tractor/trailer in the process of chaining up near the left rear axle of the trailer.

Whaleshead Beach State Park is in Curry County‏

(MEDFORD, Ore.) - Whaleshead Beach, Oregon An Ashland man died while swimming in the Pacific Ocean at Whaleshead Beach State Park located on Oregon's south coast.

On Saturday, January 30, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m. 23-year old Alexander Howell, from Ashland, was swimming in the Pacific Ocean about 75 yards from shore with a friend, 22-year old Alex Smith from Medford.

The article was directed to Partnership's new chairman, Michael White (former CEO of DirectTV).
