Many in the cannabis community knew her as Nurse Ed Glick who was a tireless proponent for the rights and ethical treatment of seriously-ill patients who use cannabis. She was intolerant of a system that lacked compassion and decency and she picked her battles wisely.

JUNE: Search Warrants Revealed 45,274 Cannabis Plants and 186 Pounds of Pot

This Northern California pot bust took place in June 2017.

(LAKE COUNTY, Calif.) - pot bust Lake County, CA. For the record: 2 search warrants on the morning of Monday, June 12th, 2017, resulting in the seizure of 45,274 marijuana plants, 186 pounds of processed marijuana and 6 arrests.

The service of 2 search warrants by the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit with assistance from the County of Mendocino Marijuana Eradication team (COMMET) and the California National Guard Drug Task Force has resulted in the seizure of 2 firearms, 45,274 marijuana plants, approximately 186 pounds of processed marijuana, and 6 arrests.

Oregon Medical Marijuana Changes to Patients` Plant Limits in Effect

Changes void some medical grow sites that were previously grandfathered in.

(SALEM, Ore.) - cannabis marijuana Oregon Governor Brown signed House Bill (HB) 2198 into law on August 2, 2017, which made some changes to plant limits at medical marijuana grow sites. These changes are currently in effect and apply to all grow sites, even some previously grandfathered grow sites.

The most significant changes have occurred in category 1, when the grow site is located at a patient's residence.

Biggs Junction Man Assaults Truck Driver Then is Arrested for BHO Lab

Manufacturing BHO at home is always illegal in Oregon.

(THE DALLES, Ore.) - Trevor Patrick Beers OSP executed a search warrant at a home Wednesday about 6:00 p.m. just outside of Biggs Junction off the Biggs-Rufus Highway, as a result of an assault between the resident and a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driver near the Pilot truck stop earlier that morning.

The resident was observed by witnesses and was identified as 39-year old, Trevor Patrick Beers.
