Creatures Creep Back to the Oregon Coast AquariumMatt Lintz Salem-News.comThe event will collect food and money for Food Share of Lincoln County and the Lincoln County Animal Shelter (NEWPORT, Ore.) - After a one-year hiatus, the Oregon Coast Aquarium’s annual Halloween event, “Creatures of the Night,” will creep back into the Aquarium with a slightly different format. There will be a gentler event during the day for younger goblins during “Creatures of the Day,” with face painting, games and candy from 10 am – 4 pm. The Aquarium will then close its doors from 4 to 6:30 pm and quietly mutate into an ominous landscape with haunted caves and foggy courtyards summoning the more fearless ghouls for the annual soiree of the sinister, “Creatures of the Night” from 6:30 to 8:30 pm Saturday, October 30.
