Vancouver Police Looking For Missing Teen

Gina Toia has been missing since Tuesday afternoon

(VANCOUVER, Wash. ) - Vancouver Police are asking the public's assistance in looking for a missing person.

17-year old Gina Toia was last seen at Fort Vancouver High School at around 3:00 PM Tuesday. Gina is 5'4" tall and weighs 125 pounds. Gina was last seen wearing a white jacket with blue pants.

Anyone seeing Gina is asked to call 911.

Police Locate Two Lost Hikers; One Goes to Jail, The Other Goes Home

OSP Senior Trooper Brown, Trooper Turnbo and Recruit Young responded to the park where they met a Marion County deputy who had found the missing hiker's car in the North Falls parking lot.

(SILVER FALLS ) - photo: Oregon State Police car door Two lost hikers were found cold and wet Sunday night by Oregon State Police troopers and a Marion County sheriff's deputy after they got lost in the Silver Falls State Park area.

One hiker got to go home but the other went to jail after it was determined he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Searchers Find Body of One Missing Woman, Another Remains Missing

The two women were both last seen wearing light blue hooded rain jackets and gray rain pants.

(LINCOLN CITY) - Lincoln County patrol car A search resumed this morning for two women who were reported missing Tuesday after they went for a walk around Glenn Avenue in Gleneden Beach and never returned.

The Depoe Bay Fire Department says they have recovered the body of one of the women.

The search began yesterday for 78-year-old Elma Benefiel, of Beaverton, and her daughter-in-law 61-year-old Jan Benefiel, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, but the women were not found. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Coast Guard and others searched until midnight.

More information will be released once the family has been notified.

Family of Missing Portland Woman Growing More Concerned

Police have been trying to locate Tylia Johnson for the last several days.

(PORTLAND) - Tylia Johnson The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has an active missing person case for a 60-year-old female missing since July 28th. Theresa Itome, is a black female adult, age 60. She is described as being 5'05" tall, 200 lbs., with brown eyes; gray-short wavy styled hair, with a lightly freckled complexion.

She has dentures, smokes, is a diabetic and wears glasses. Her family says she suffered a stroke in 2002. There is no known clothing description at the time of her disappearance. Theresa Itome lives in Portland, Oregon.

Tylia Johnson, a concerned Granddaughter of Theresa Itome, reports her Grandmother drove her own personal automobile to attend a scheduled doctors appointment in Milwaukie, at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 28th.

Salem Police Say Foul Play Suspected in Missing Person Case

Police think he may be the victim of a bad drug deal, they are hoping someone in the community can share information that will assist their search.

(SALEM) - Chris Lampkin The Salem Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing adult who may have been the victim of foul play.

23-year old Christopher Marcus Lampkin of Salem stands 5 feet, nine inches. He weighs 150 Lbs, his hair is brown and his eyes are blue.

Chris Lampkin was last seen at about 3:00 PM April 10th, 2006 getting into a dark green four door sedan on Ruge St in West Salem. He was reported missing officially on June 21st, 2006.

Search Resumes for Two Boys, 4 And 5, Missing in Rural Clatsop County

The U.S. Coast Guard helicopter has joined in the search for the two boys, and their 10-month old lab.

(ASTORIA) - A search is under way in rural Clatsop County for two young brothers, ages 4 and 5, who wandered off while camping at an old family home.

The family, from the Portland area, was wrapping up the trip when the boys disappeared around 10:30 AM Monday.

The home, is located on Lillenas Road off Oregon Highway 202, about 11 miles from Astoria.

The boys are blonde and dressed in white t-shirts, light-colored shorts and sandals.

They are accompanied by a 10-month-old black Labrador retriever.

Search Continues For Missing 13-Year-Old Girl (AUDIO)

Fire, Police, and the U.S. Coast Guard want to remind ALL swimmers, especially children, NO matter how experienced you maybe, to always wear a life jacket when swimming in Oregon waterways.

(SALEM) - The Linn County Sheriff`s Office Dive team is back searching the murky waters of Walter Wirth lake at Cascade Gateway Park, for a 13-year-old girl who apparently drowned Saturday while swimming with a friend.

The Salem Fire Department`s Water Rescue team spent most of Saturday evening searching the north end of the lake, but couldn`t find the girls body.

The park is a popular picnic spot that draws many local families.

Guard Launches Blackhawk in Search for Missing Washington Man

(SALEM) - A UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter from the Army Aviation Support Facility in Salem was launched in support of a search operation in Washington at approximately 2:00 PM Wednesday.

They crew flew to Skamania County, Washington to assist in the search for a 50-year old male who has been missing since May 26th. The search area is in the vicinity of Trout Lake.

The Oregon Army National Guard responded to a request from the Washington Emergency Operations Center.

The Blackhawk used in the operation was piloted by Major William Cueltas and Capt. Jerry Brennan.

State Trooper Locates Lost 5-Year Old Kindergartener South of Amity

Amity's Superintendent told OSP that he will fully investigate the incident and put procedures into place to prevent this from happening again in the future.

(AMITY) - Oregon State Police badge An Oregon State Police trooper found a lost Amity Elementary kindergarten boy on Highway 99W about one mile south of Amity Wednesday afternoon. The boy reportedly was trying to walk home after being dropped off at the middle school where it was believed he was to be picked up by a relative.

Missing Couple Goes Missing Again

The Higginbotham grandparents have vanished again.

(PORTLAND - AP) - map But for their wrong turn in the mountains of Southern Oregon, the case of Elbert and Becky Higginbotham might well have stayed in an in-basket of the busy and cash-strapped office of the sheriff of Navajo County, Arizona.
Eleven months ago, they'd been caught with a small amount of methamphetamine and a shotgun, deputies said, but they agreed to cooperate with investigators.

Then they disappeared.
