The rally is being organized by Joanne Peterson, Founder and Executive Director of Learn to Cope. Former Senator Steve Tolman now President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and the voice of over 400,000 union members will be a speaker at the rally.

Deported Felon Arrested Following Menacing Incident Near Oregon City

The suspect was positively identified as Daniel Jimenez-Barragan, age 28, a deported offender on felony probation supervision out of Multnomah County Department of Community Justice (MCDCJ).

(OREGON CITY) - Daniel Jimenez-Barragan Oregon State Police (OSP), with the assistance of Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), arrested a 28-year old man Wednesday night on numerous charges related to an investigation that the suspect shot at another vehicle while traveling on Highway 213 off Interstate 205.

Subsequent investigation determined a BB gun was used and the suspect was in possession of heroin.

Zambada-Niebla remains in U.S. custody and no sentencing date has been set.

(CHICAGO) - Vicente Zambada Niebla A high-level member of the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico pleaded guilty a year ago to participating in a vast narcotics trafficking conspiracy and is cooperating with the United States, federal law enforcement officials announced.

A written plea agreement with the defendant, Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla, was made public today in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

"We would certainly consider later launching an abuse-deterrent form, but right now we believe the priority of safer hydrocodone - that is, without acetaminophen - is a key priority for the FDA," Hawley said.

Wanted Federal Fugitive Isaac Harden Arrested in Las Vegas

Harden is in the custody of the Clark County (NV) Detention Center awaiting extradition to Oregon.

(PORTLAND) - 40-year-old Isaac Symone Harden Sr. On the afternoon of Wednesday March 12, 2014, members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Las Vegas Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) arrested 40-year-old Isaac Symone Harden Sr., a federal fugitive wanted out of Portland, Oregon for a series of drug trafficking and firearm related offenses.

Harden was arrested at residence in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
