The group is a project of the AIPAC-created Washington Institute for Near East Policy.

TESO Conference Will Discuss Tamil Eelam, says Karuna

(CHENNAI Press Trust of India) - M Karunanidhi Insisting on non-violent means to achieve a separate Tamil Eelam, DMK chief M Karunanidhi today said the now revived Tamil Eelam Supporters' Organisation (TESO) will discuss ways and means to fulfill it.

Karunanidhi said his party had stood by the Sri Lankan Tamils for the past 50 years and his government had even faced dismissal for the Lankan cause.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai says militant attacks on the security forces have been increased in the war-torn country in recent months.

(KABUL Press TV) - Afghan policemen inspect the site of a bomber attack in the city of Lashkar Gah, Helmand province on February 29, 2012. Hamid Karzai made the remarks on Thursday, a day after killing of 21 people by a bomb attack in Afghanistan’s eastern city of Khost.
