Today, the Honorable David E. Leith sentenced 34-year old Gregory Weston Capwell to Life in prison following his conviction for murder. Gregory Capwell was convicted on October 18, 2018, following a four day jury trial, of the intentional killing of 25-year old Jose Moreno.
