(TANGENT, OR) - Firefighters with Tangent Fire Department responded to a milk tanker trailer fire early this morning at 2:35 a.m. at Jim Aartman Inc., at 33923 Hwy 99E in Tangent.

Dennis Weis, Firefighter/First Responder/Photographer with Tangent Fire Dept. took these incredible photographs to document the early morning callout.

According to reports, the insulation between the stainless steel walls of the milk tanker trailer was burning, apparently the result of a welding torch.

Firefighters had to pull the outside skin away to put the burning insulation fire out.

The fire was brought under control and there were no injuries.

Special thanks to Tangent Fire Department
