(ALOHA, Ore.) - Today at about 10:51 a.m., Sheriff's deputies responded to a female 911 caller at the Postal Annex located at 18645 SW Farmington Road in the community of Aloha. She reported that her boyfriend, 27-year-old Raymond Hetman from Eugene, had kidnapped her in Eugene yesterday and forced her to drive to Aloha last night.

Mr. Hetman is originally from Aloha and has been living in Eugene since he was released from prison a few months ago. He was in prison for Theft I and Attempt to Elude a police officer.

The female victim told deputies that Mr. Hetman physically assaulted her several times yesterday and last night. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was not transported to a hospital. When they got to Aloha they slept in the car overnight and this morning the victim escaped. She ran to the Postal Annex and called 911.

Raymond Hetman is described as a white male, 6'3" tall 200-215 pounds, wearing wire rimmed glasses, a T-shirt, and blue jeans. He has short blond hair. He is significantly heavier than the mug shot shown (taken in 2007).

Deputies have seized the victim's car that was driven from Eugene. They believe that Mr. Hetman is on foot in the area or may be riding public transportation.

Deputies are currently searching for Mr. Hetman and ask that the public keep a look out for him. Mr. Hetman has a felony warrant from the State Parole Board unrelated to this incident. If you see Raymond Hetman call 911 and report him immediately, do not attempt to contact him.
