(LOS ANGELES, Calif.) - Firefighters and aircraft have made good progress in slowing the spread of the fire, though containment is at only 5% at this time. Firefighters are actively engaged in structure protection throughout the evacuation zone. Aircraft and dozer teams are continuing to strengthen containment lines. Experts continue to monitor the weather with a Santa Ana wind event scheduled to begin again tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 PM. Low relative humidity and gusty wind will once again pose a threat for firefighters Tuesday night through mid-day Thursday. STRUCTURES AFFECTED:There are over 10,000 structures (both residential and commercial) in the Mandatory Evacuation Zone. Eight structures have been destroyed and six structures have been damaged.MANDATORY EVACUATION:Evacuation Orders have been lifted for the Mountaingate community. The official Evacuation Map indicates Mandatory Evacuation Zones in RED that remain in effect tonight. You can search for an address in the upper right corner of the map.The borders of the Mandatory Evacuation (RED) Zone are with the exception of the Mountaingate community:

ROAD CLOSURES:All southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway were reopened at 6:00 PM PDT Monday.
