"A Storm Developing Offshore Will Bring Large Swell That Will Impact The North And Central Oregon Coast Sunday Afternoon And Continue Through Monday Afternoon. The Swell Is Expected To Rapidly Build To Between 25 And 30 Feet Sunday Afternoon Then Peak Between 30 And 35 Feet Sunday Night. The Swell Will Hover Around 25 To 30 Feet Through Monday Afternoon Before Dropping To Around 20 Ft On Tuesday Morning. Precautionary/preparedness Actions A High Surf Warning Means That Dangerously High Surf Will Batter Beaches In The Advisory Area Producing Deadly Rip Currents And Minor Beach Erosion. Exercise Extreme Caution Along Beaches. Unpredictable And Destructive Waves May Wash Over Beaches Jetties And Other Structures With No Warning. Beach Erosion Is Possible.
