Man Arrested for Stealing From Woodburn Youth Football Association

(WOODBURN, Ore. ) - Woodburn police have arrested a former youth football association member on allegations that he stole from the organization’s account.

Woodburn police say 38-year-old Johnny Guzman, who was a past president and treasurer of the Woodburn Youth Football Association, was arrested on first-degree theft and probation violation charges Tuesday.

Police said the theft took place over a year, but would not say how much was stolen from the organization’s account.

looking into this case, it my understanding on the case on this individual was dropped, due to the lack of evidence that were brought against him, therefore nothing was every taken. To bad they, (Woodburn Police Department) do not update on cases that were dismmissed.

What? Wait a minute! Part of his arrest was for "probation violation" charges. Now, why was a person on probation allowed to be the treasurer anyway? This theft might have perpetrated by this guy, making him rather stupid but weren't those who allowed him to be the treasurer even stupider? Dumb and dumber at it's finest.
