Woodburn Firefighters Battle House Fire

The fire is under investigation and there is no damage estimate at this time.

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - The Woodburn Fire District responded to a house fire just before noon on Wednesday, at 1265 Young Street in Woodburn. A spokesman says the single alarm response was 3 engines, ladder and air support unit.

Firefighters from the first engine crew on scene said they found a room and content fire in an upstairs bed room. The fire was contained to the room and extinguished.

Three adults were home at the time of the fire and exited the home without incident. No civilian or fire fighter injuries.

The fire is under investigation and there is no damage estimate at this time.
