People act like this is something new. I live in downtown Portland, and I see armored cars driving recklessly in the city -- changing lanes without signals, stopping without any warning, and PARKING in the middle of the street to unload/load deposits. These guys think that because they carry guns and "feel" important that the rules don't apply to them.
