(SALEM, Ore.) - A two-year old female child was injured over the weekend when she was accidentally run over by her grandfather, while he was moving his vehicle in the driveway. Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff's Office responded to the location where the child was was injured, in the 4900 block of Wagon Rim Court SE in Salem, Saturday at 6:30 PM. The child was taken to Salem Hospital. Investigators say the child was then transported from Salem to Portland Emmanuel Hospital. Marion County deputies say they drove to Portland in order to speak with additional family members. The child was identified as 2-year old Isabella Espinoza-Bravo from Salem, Oregon. Her grandfather is 56-year old Benito Bravo, who was interviewed at his residence in Salem. According to Salem Hospital, the child's condition was listed as fair, however she did suffer a serious injury to her pelvis from the collision. Story continues below
