(SALEM, Oregon) - In early October, the Salem Market located at 3390 Center St NE, was robbed by a lone gunman. The robber fired several shots at the clerk before fleeing the store.

The Salem Police Department released a photo of a white sedan parked in front of the store which was occupied by two females at the time of the robbery. It is not believed they are connected to the robbery, other than they were witnesses. To date, they have been unable to identify these two witnesses.

The robbery occured on the evening of Friday October 8th 2010. Once again the Salem Police Department is releasing photos of the car, as well as the two females in hopes either they will come forward or someone will recognize them.

Anyone with information on the crime is asked to telephone Detective Mike Quakenbush at (503)540-2352.
