(Earth-Ditto-Alpha) - For all the bitterness of the Democrat campaign the pieces are beginning to fall into place. The common enemy unites as no other force can on our world or its sister worlds scattered through the universes in parallel. The players take their places onstage. The show moves into the second act. The finale is guaranteed to be moving. You, too, have a role to play--small it may seem, but undeniably valuable. Although the primary has passed, campaign and vote for the candidate of your choice of either party in the fall election. Glen: Yours earns what I write, or I don't write it... Others abuse format: Eugene Police website just scrubbed offensive caricature of City Councilwoman whom they dislike for views-and-actions...worst possible PR-move, already seen as highly questionable by key citizens and groups. Format is highly seductive, and requires both excellent, seasoned/experienced judgment, and THEN talent, to be as good as we keep getting here. If that's in any way "mutual admiration" -- so be it. GO, Leonardo !!

Hank -- every one of your OP-ED pieces is a zinger. Spot on. I say that not to flatter or to create a mutual admiration society, but to acknowledge something which is patently true.

Leonardo et al: Cartoon-format is a basic and powerful media channel, followed voraciously ever since IU-days, per lessons learned there in depth and detail, stressed by experts. Inescapably, to be effective those published must display close mirror-image and pointed statement about it --for the public wit, wisdom and will-- in ways that the public both can fully understand AND will appreciate ! Yours in whole series, for me, doth reach precisely those objectives, which is why I comment, only when they do so. We are fortunate to have both your insights and your demonstrated skills.

Thank, Hank. I'm not certain I deserve your praise, but I am grateful for it.

To all: What I always enjoy here is the unfailing insight strongly illuminating the absolute truth we must face in reality. Glen, thank you--AGAIN !- for that unfailing, sharp, common-sense approach. It does this format proud.
