(SALEM, Ore.) - Marion County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 1000 block of 46th Place SE Monday morning at 12:45 a.m. over a report of loud music and people making noise at a gathering in the area.

"The caller indicated she had asked the group to quiet down but they refused," Lt. Sheila Lorance with the Marion County Sheriff's Office said.

"She also said a group of 4 to 5 people were standing outside of her house pounding on her windows and doors because they were upset that she asked them to be quiet."

When Deputies arrived, Lorance said, the suspects were gone. However, while the deputy was inside the residence talking to the victim, someone knocked on the door again and identified himself as "Sheriff's Office".

He reportedly told the woman to turn around and put her hands up.

Lorance says the suspect, 32-year old David Bueno of Salem, was reportedly "surprised" to see Deputy Cody Lane inside the residence when the door opened.

Bueno was subsequently arrested on charges of Criminal Impersonation and transported to the Marion County Jail.
