John T et al: Re "to schools", only small percentage so assigned --at cost of further encouraging gambling-instinct, surely NOT true "educational objective" but just as surely meant to strengthen mischievous, if not malign, human failing. Do you wish to be part of that social manipulation ? Re images, Glen never misses mark, for me...speaks well for his mastery of major medium for social criticism.

One place NOT to put refund is in "campaign contributions" which simply rewards perps now responsible for enough already.
