White City Man Arrested on Multiple Sex Offenses

(WHITE CITY, Ore.) - Oregon State Police arrested a White City man Tuesday on multiple allegations of sex-related offenses that they say occurred over a one-year period with a known female juvenile victim.

OSP Detective Tom Harrison arrested 43-year old Dale Nickerson of White City Tuesday, and lodged him in the Jackson County Jail on charges of first-degree Rape, first-degree Sodomy, first-degree Sex Abuse and Unlawful Sexual Penetration.

The investigation alleged Nickerson was involved in extensive sexual abuse of a known femlae juvenile victim that began approximately 1 1/2 years ago and continued until the victim contacted police the day of his arrest.

Bail is set at $4,000,000 pending appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court.

As in all cases of this nature, Harrison has been arrested and accused of these charges, but he has not been convicted.
