Osama Bin Laden's Death Claimed, But How Does One Kill a Corpse?

'Iconic value' - Obama hits the airwaves claiming his 'victory'. Don't believe a word of it.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Many of us have believed that Usama bin Laden died long ago and his image became an amazing tool for a government bent on keeping an American public scared and baffled. Now, finally, the U.S. government has admitted that bin Laden is indeed dead.

MSNBC reports that the U.S. government has his body, according to, "a person familiar with developments."

Obama says bin Laden died in a firefight, however media is reporting that he was killed by a bomb launched from a drone and that 20 other people were killed.

This is terrible, there is no track record with the U.S. military to justify the deaths of 20 people in a home. I call foul, foul!

First, let's remember that this man was not wanted in connected with the attacks that happened on U.S. soil 11 Sept. 2001. A statement was released by bin Laden immediately after the attacks stating that he had nothing to do with the U.S. attacks.

He was not an al Qaida leader, he was involved in its founding, with the CIA, in a joint U.S./Mujahideen operation to defeat the Soviets.

He was a friend of America. For God's sake, bin Laden was one of the chief men behind the actual defeat of the Soviet Union. It folded after Afghanistan. We always kill political leaders who were previously our friends.

Israel, Please, No More Bin Laden Tapes, Nobody is Buying It!

This is reportedly a CIA operation that led to the 'death' of bin Laden so many years after the United States attacked Afghanistan in 2001.

MSNBC reports that, "Details of the death were sparse".

CNN's Wolf Blitzer reported that he was killed in a mansion outside Islamabad, the Pakistani capital.

Just remember that we have taken this apart; so has the BBC and other groups.

Over the years, the appearance and sound of Usama bin Laden, who is often referred to as 'Osama' bin Laden has changed, his hairline and hair color have changed, he was at one point appearing dramatically younger after it was documented that he was terribly ill back in 2000.

It is again, extremely important to note that bin Laden was never listed as a suspect in the attacks on the United States.

The FBI wanted poster, as shown in this new condensed format, thanks to the FBI, makes absolutely no reference to 911. It seems fair after what we are told, that he would at least have his name on it with the feds.

This image and description are on the FBI Website at the time of this writing: fbi.gov/wanted/topten

Al Qaida was created by the CIA as a covert operation to arm and fund the Afghan rebels during the Soviet invasion of their country. It became the buzz word of U.S. politicians but there is no structured group of this name, unlike the Taliban.

The U.S. has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, so they say, but for those of us who have examined this story with a critical eye, and in my case by actually being in Afghanistan and talking to many people in the affected areas; it seems like political grandstanding.

So do they have kidney dialysis machines in Pakistan that are always easy to access without revealing your identity... as bin Laden?

The following is from my report in the summer of 2007:

When I was in Afghanistan last winter, I had many opportunities to talk to Afghan citizens there about bin Laden, and learn their bottom line thoughts on this man that by so many accounts, is a dedicated enemy of the west

What I was told my many people there is that bin Laden represents an extremely pure interpretation of Islam to most Afghan people. Osama bin Laden is not an Afghan, he is Saudi Arabian. His family is still fighting lawsuits and claims that they cut him off 14 years ago from his share of his father's inheritance. A bin Laden spokesman in Saudi Arabia also formally denounced Osama recently.

The people of Afghanistan believe that turning bin Laden in to the U.S. or Coalition military would be a bit like Americans turning over James Baker to the United Nations. Even if he is a crook, he is still tauted by the religious community as a spiritual leader, and so is bin Laden. The Taliban are Afghanistan's "religious right" in fact, placing doctrine over public policy at every bend in the road.

(This is from a report that I produced after returning from Afghanistan in 2007. Afghanistan: Is Osama bin Laden Alive and Well? (VIDEO) - Tim King Salem-News.com)

In the current developing story about the alleged killing of Usama bin Laden, it is reported that at least one woman was also killed in the U.S. drone strike.

Another Salem-News.com writer, Maidhc Ó Cathail, raised eyebrows last year when he explored the myth of bin Laden:

But what if bin Laden is not hiding in Pakistan? What if he’s been dead since December 2001? How then does Islamabad prove that some of its government officials are not concealing his whereabouts?

While the mainstream media rarely if ever question the belief that bin Laden is still alive, some cracks have been appearing in the consensus. In a September 11, 2009 piece in Britain’s Daily Mail, Sue Reid wondered, “What if everything we have seen or heard of him on video and audio tapes since the early days after 9/11 is a fake—and that he is being kept ‘alive’ by the Western allies to stir up support for the war on terror?”

An even more prominent sceptic is UPI Editor at Large Arnaud de Borchgrave whose July 26, 2010 commentary titled “Elvis bin Laden” may herald a new consensus. Sifting much the same evidence as Reid, the “legendary journalist” stated that “some key intelligence officials are taking bin Laden’s reported demise seriously.”

Both articles cited experts who have studied the post-December 2001 audios and videos and concluded they are fakes.

(From Bin Laden is Dead; Long Live 'Bin Laden' by Salem-News.com writer Maidhc Ó Cathail)

Al Jazeera anchors talked about how in recent years the U.S. distanced itself from the bin Laden story; it has been stated that he is not the focus of the war. However with the way they are waving the victory flag, it again appears that this man who has been off the books for nine and a half years, since the time he was probably killed in a cave system by an early U.S. attack, is suddenly very important.

It is also reported that one of bin Laden's sons was killed.

This is also from a previous report:

Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden (with numerous variations); Arabic: (سامة بن محمد بن عوض بن لادن), like Saddam Hussein and Ho Chi Minh, led a fight funded by American money that involved the loss of life on a large scale.

Abandoned Soviet tanks in Kabul, from the Salem-News.com report:
Soviet Tank Graveyard in Afghanistan - A Haunting Reminder

Saddam Hussein fought a war of aggression and revenge against Iran that was totally needless.

World War Two was a must-win effort and Ho Chi Minh's forces were extremely useful in fighting the Japanese.

It is Osama bin Laden's war however, that stands out like no other. Right or wrong, even though Russia and China were both on the American side during WWII, the west turned bitterly against Communism following WWII and vice versa, and the "Cold War" was on.

This protracted conflict was the stage setting for a Third World War that never quite started; it kept Russia and the US in a military standoff and weapons buildup that threatened the entire earth and spanned over 40 years.

Osama bin Laden was a key player in the Afghanistan resistance movement that was launched in chaos after Soviet forces invaded the country with the intent of squashing dissent and restoring Communist order to Afghanistan. The resistance, known as the Mujahideen, consisted of jihadist fighters serving under regional warlords.

According to Wikipedia: "One of the CIA's longest and most expensive covert operations was the supplying of billions of dollars in arms to the Afghan mujahideen militants. The arms included Stinger missiles, shoulder-fired, antiaircraft weapons that they used against Soviet helicopters and that later were in circulation among terrorists who have fired such weapons at commercial airliners. Osama bin Laden was among the recipients of U.S. arms."

By 1989 the Soviet military in Afghanistan was in disarray; taking unacceptable losses and suffering from Hepatitis tied to the consumption of unsanitary food.

They were defeated and retreated to Russia with broken spirits. The Soviets left thousands of tanks and trucks and rows and rows of jet fighters, abandoned on Afghan military airfields.

Many left their hearts and minds behind as well. Many were killed.

SOVIET: 14,453 Killed:

  • 9,511 killed in combat
  • 2,386 died from wounds
  • 2,556 died from disease and accidents

    53,753 Wounded

    311 Missin

    MUJAHIDEEN:

    500,000+ Killed

Osama bin Laden, funded as part of a group created by the CIA that everyone has heard of a thousand times; al Qaeda, and his fellow warlords like the late Ahmad Massoud, a truly great individual and tactical military leader, defeated the Russians and set the collapse of the Soviet Union into motion. That was one of the century's most extraordinarily military achievements.

The final thought is that there are about a million guys in the Middle east who look like bin Laden.

He is a Wahabi Muslim and they are the radical factions in Saudi Arabia who maintain rules that absolutely trash women. I see them in a class with Zionists and hard core fundamentalist right wing American Christians. I do not approve and I am sorry so many people fail to see how this element is the one we support in Saudi Arabia. Iraq, Iran and other nations are extremely advanced in comparison.

Usama bin Laden ended up in Afghanistan, dressing like a man from Jalalabad, strictly because he came to the aid of the Afghan fighters engaged in a grueling battle against Communist Soviet invaders who like the USA, use the Afghan Army to oppose the local resistance.

His training camp which I believe he used after the Soviet War, maybe, is in Jalalabad and I have been there. But when you are over there, particularly when I was, in 2006 and 2007, you can find an endless list of horror stories about the Taliban and all of their terrible acts against the people of Kabul and other cities with never a mention of bin Laden.

I have relayed these stories about the fundamentalist Taliban with their black turbans in my reports, and there are memorable quotes from Afghans, all of which never mentioned 'Usama bin Laden.'

12-year old Fadid in Kabul, Afghanistan

A 12-year old boy named Fadid in Kabul was one example. He said he sincerely appreciated the presence of American forces because: "...they are shooting the Taliban, they came here patrolling to bring prosperity, social justice, and unity to my country."

That was so interesting to me, because one person after another, like this kid, or the two women I met at a Kabul hospital who were attacked by Taliban in Kabul during the terrible years, in the 1990's, left forever in wheelchairs, and many others; they were quick to disparage the Taliban and describe them in ways that made your stomach weak, but nobody in that entire country mentioned Usama bin Laden or seemed to know anything about him.

But Taliban stories were everywhere you turned.

From the report: Italian Doctor Believes Reducing
Domestic Violence in Afghanistan is Possible

Osama bin Laden was a real person who had very interesting accomplishments under his belt that greatly benefited America, but he is also a component in a bullshit story spun by people in very high places and there was probably never ever any real threat from the Arab world against the United States.

That whole 11 September incident may indeed be another story, but the official version lacks credibility and is physically impossible by any scientific analysis.

The story about bin Laden's past is all out there and anyone can confirm what I write from a number of sources.

As far as this character Usama bin Laden is concerned, anyone who listens to the interviews with people who knew him come away with a very different picture of this man. He was apparently willing to commit acts of terrorism and that made him a wanted man, no doubt about it.

But I personally believe he has been dead, again, since the fighting in 2001 and that his 'messages' have completely been created for the event by parties that want to use his image and position to influence, threaten and frighten an American populace.

He certainly set a record for the longest running guy with a $25 billion price tag on his head. Again, they are reporting on Al Jazeera that there has been no positive confirmation of identity. There are differences over where the 'remains' will go.

I find it mildly amusing that for a very small number of you who claim OBL was killed several years, all you have is incredibly weak supposition. I have seen the wordsmithing going on about his earlier demise, and that's why there exists the concept of "propaganda." For those who fall for it, they simply become foils for the propagandists', who no doubt take delight in your easy to manipulate situation. Regarding last May 1st, and the operation that killed OBL, it just makes it tough for you "foils" to accept the fact that you have been manipulated. In effect you are calling our warriors liars, based on your weak supposition. I can see you calling the Whitehouse people liars, because their record over the last few years makes that clear. Of course there will never be enough proof for you that he died on May 1st, so you will continue to say that he died many years ago, based on absolutely zero proof that he did. Meanwhile the world moves on, and you continue to be trapped in that "foil-status," waiting for more du jour propaganda to light your way as you continue to grope deeper into the dark. One day the light will go out, and then reality becomes omnipresent, and you will be unable to deal with it. Of course was it right to shoot an unarmed man in the face?

No Evidence Either Way May 4, 2011 1:17 pm (Pacific time)

Morrison, you say show evidence that he wasn't killed. Well, I throw out the challenge to you to prove that he was killed recently. There is no evidence that he wasn't killed years ago. There has been no feasible video or anything other type of proof that he was even still alive. Prove that!

We are now leading to much greater problems. China kept somewhat quiet on the bombing of libya on lies, and lost much money because of it. But they are not going to be quiet much longer..Russia neither. If the banker owned CIA/Pentagon continues with these lies, WW3 is right around the corner. And, from reading books, and thru research, this is exactly what they want. As the dollar is now toast, this is what these bankers do, every time. They are itching for WW3.

Anonymous May 3, 2011 9:51 am (Pacific time)

Morrison..it now seems that it was a pakistani helicopter shot down, the pakistans retaliated, and the U.S. forces came in after the fact. This is now world news, in most all countries, except the U.S.

Much info, please bare with me as I try to keep it short. In October, 2010, Lindsey Williams, who has an incredible rate of accuracy over the years, said "come 2011, gas prices will rise dramatically, and there will be turmoil in the middle east". He also said that the western bankers who control the U.S.NATO etc, plan to double cross Saudi Arabia, who was then an ally". Well, Saudi Arabia now knows this too. So, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were making deals. Also Pakistan said "get the drones out of here, they are killing too many innocent civilians". So, basically, this was all set up to demonize Pakistan. The facts that keep coming up, are beyond belief that this is a hoax. I am 100% convinced.

Marines doing an airborne assault? I'm not privy to the intelligence nor the logistics involved in this operation, and I imagine most others discussing this operation are not either. Tim as I posted previously more info will be released, and no matter how good that info is it will never resolve the issues some like to keep hammering away at. As far as dumping his body at sea, well that makes sense, why have an area that would turn into a Martyr Shrine? One last thing, the topography around that place was not really a good place for an airborne drop (if that's what you meant), plus no matter how good you may think Force Recon is, the Special Op's personnel are a better fit. I feel confident that this operation was legit. By the way in regards to the Twin Towers coming down the way they did, top to bottom, my experience is controlled demolitions start at the bottom. Alas, just sit down and plan a 911 operation as you envision it and see how it goes. After nearly 10 years no one has come forward to say they were involved? Usama's "courier" was identified via interrogation by the planner of 911 in Cuba, so the intelligence gathering has been going on for years. Remember Usama was reported to have moved every 24 hours. Then reports were put out there that we no longer cared about him...sandbagged him, a typical ploy used in law enforcement, to get one's guard to drop.

Tim King: you're entitled to your opinion, I really only seek to communicate what I know.  Airborne assault is not a Marine Corps term; but I don't need to convince you that Marines are awfully good at using helicopters for insertion.  I believe you would explain away all of the questions and it is your desire to adhere to the government version of what happened.  I just can't go there.  thanks.

Morrison: I am tired of providing evidence when it is readily available out there, look it up yourself. Or is it just easier to put down those that do, and then go back to watching your sports teams? I am tired of wasting my time, posting proof and links, and afterwards, guess what I get? I am anti-semtic, or I need to take my medication etc. Nah, look it up yourself, and Tim provided enough info here. Your kind, all you want to do, is distract us from our truthful research. Just because you dont care, well, leave Tim alone, and let him do his job ok? I think american idol is on, you better go watch your tv.

Peter May 2, 2011 4:30 pm (Pacific time)

Is there anything that would break your belief that bin Laden has been nothing more than a specter for the US to trot out when it is convenient? Putting my conspiracy shoes on, I could explain away essentially anything as the product of the conniving government, complicit media, or gullible public. The continuing hunt for him is a way to keep the public on edge; the end of the hunt is a PR stunt; any videos or statements are faked. Bottom line: a belief in this sort of conspiracy is consistent with every imaginable observation.

People who spend a lot of time thinking about what rationality is will tell you that there is a problem with holding beliefs like that. I did some searching and found an explanation of this this is better than what I can put together: http://lesswrong.com/lw/i3/making_beliefs_pay_rent_in_anticipated_experiences/ .

If you turn this around and ask my how my belief that bin Laden really did orchestrate 9-11 and really was still alive could be broken, I can think of a few things. Confessions by people involved in the cover-up, wikileaking of something conspiratorial, bin Laden protesting his innocence, or a credible organization disagreeing with the official position would all move me in that direction.

Anonymous May 2, 2011 2:41 pm (Pacific time)

to Jeff the first commenter... "You guys are complete morons" Name calling, Jeffy, is what we are working to cure our 10 year old grandson of. Name calling does not address your problems with the issues you disagree with. You, darlin', have just demonstrated your inability to hold a conversation. Do you always do this or were you just being tired from partying over OBL's death ten years after the fact?

gp May 2, 2011 2:28 pm (Pacific time)

got this from the US Embassy in Buenos Aires today... "The U.S. Department of State alerts U.S. citizens traveling and residing abroad to the enhanced potential for anti-American violence given recent counter-terrorism activity in Pakistan. Given the uncertainty and volatility of the current situation, U.S. citizens in areas where recent events could cause anti-American violence are strongly urged to limit their travel outside of their homes and hotels and avoid mass gatherings and demonstrations. U.S. citizens should stay current with media coverage of local events and be aware of their surroundings at all times. This Travel Alert expires August 1, 2011." Guess this means they are going to address the threat of radiation that they have ignored. The nuke catastrophe is way worse than we imagined, another plant is in trouble, Fukushima is emitting such high radiation that public officials in Japan are resigning while crying in front of TV cameras. Any little diversion to keep them from advising Americans to guard their health. Oh and of course, they are going to start drilling a new well in the Gulf of Mexico so hey go party down dude, OBL is dead, the wicked witch is dead. The morbid death culture of the USA wants to rejoice in a former friend's death so you don't see the planet dying.

xexon May 2, 2011 1:34 pm (Pacific time)

A flag went up in my head as soon as I heard this. I share the belief this man died years ago. My fears about this being a black ops thing was confirmed when I attempted to go to my favorite website for debunking al-Qaeda. They were hacked just before the announcement was made. It's ongoing right now.

The last time I saw something like this, Rahm Emanuel has just been announced to a cabinet position. The wiki page on his zionist terrorist father vanished overnight. Something wicked this way comes, children...x

Good angle Tim, I don't believe this is the end of the story on OBL.

xexon May 2, 2011 1:41 pm (Pacific time)

And now for theory no. 2, Maybe this is "designed" to take Obama out if this later proven to be doctored? A "fall guy president" is used to insure the election of somebody else later. Like Carter was to Reagan. Carter was seen to have botched something and this made Reagan a sure thing. Intelligence work is all about misdirection, you know? x

Wow...our overlords must be uneasy, playing the Osama card...Dont fall for their lies, people...Keep up the good work, Tim !

Morrison May 2, 2011 11:59 am (Pacific time)

Anonymous from 9:58am post, how about you providing the evidence that Usama has been dead prior to the other day's action? Big difference between "believing" aka "Leap of Faith," and having concrete evidence. Pretty sure in time many pictures will be forthcoming, but even if there was a frame by frame video of Usama getting killed, some of you would refuse to accept that. Just like the 911 conspiracy buffs, it is your very essence to believe that there are Americans out there in our military, police, firemen and others that under penalty of death will kill thousands of Americans. I really do pity some of you, your world drops away if you give up your fantasies. Once again, show some evidence that would hold up in court, for if you do have some, members of congress (muslim Rep. Ellison, etc.) and several media outlets would support you. Sorry, it just evaporates ...

Tim King: Evidence is all anyone would have needed.  Since the US has been indiscriminately blasting away in Pakistan for some time now, and since the location of this event is very close to American bases in the Pesh, Looking at the map, it appears to me that this mansion was about 150 kilometers from Afghanistan, if that.  Do you have any idea how far Americans have sent forces to conduct operations?  That is a short throw.  If credible information really existed, suddenly, after spending  91/2 years, and having a $25 million dollar reward on his head, possibly (if he were really alive) would he not be in possession of very serious information that the US was willing do diabolically incarcerate people in Gitmo over?  Why would you drop a drone bomb?  The Marines could easily have surrounded a mansion in an airborne assault and taken people alive.  They have all kinds of ways to do this.  But to know that they actually report he was, 'buried at sea' is all we needed to know that we are striking the nail clean on the head

Let me tell you a little story about what happened in Iraq one night when I was there.  the 101st Airborne knew of the location of an alleged terrorist.  (Iraqi defending his homeland from American occupying forces) There were two Blackhawks with combat soldiers, and one 'spotter' Blackhawk.  They landed and surrounded the guy's home, he bolted out a back door and ran into the reeds.  The guys in the spotter Blackhawk immediately saw him and they beamed a light down on him that he could not see, but the soldiers with their night vision could.  They immediately nabbed the guy, arrested him and all flew away.  It took about ten minutes.  So don't try to tell me that with our billions and billions in equipment and ultra sophisticated military hardware, and tens of thousands of battle hardened combat troops, that they could not have brought him in alive, or close.

Anonymous May 2, 2011 9:58 am (Pacific time)

From my research over the last 10 years, and the information that I have reviewed and researched today in regards to current events, I have come to the conclusion that osama bin laden has been dead for a long time, and he was not recently killed as the mainstream and obama admin says. If the sheeple want to fall for this scheme, be my guest. But before putting me, or Tim down, give some evidence besides 'obama said so" because obama has not told the truth on a regular basis over the years. And the calling people names doesnt really prove anything either, except that you dont have any evidence this latest story is true, or you would present it.

Anonymous May 2, 2011 9:55 am (Pacific time)

When evil is defeated, REJOICE! Osama Bin Laden's body 'identified by sister's brain'. Osama bin Laden's body was identified by US authorities by matching a DNA sample to one taken from his late sister's brain, according to reports. When his sister, who has not been named, died from brain cancer several years ago in Boston the FBI immediately subpoenaed her body so that it could later be used to identify the al-Qaeda leader if he was caught, it was claimed. The brain was preserved and tissue and blood samples taken from it were used to compile a DNA profile, ABC News reported. The tissue sample was reportedly then matched to the DNA of the man shot dead by US troops in a raid on bin Laden's compound in Pakistan. He was shot in the head and chest by US Navy seals in a firefight in the compound, which had been monitored by the CIA for months. US officials confirmed that the body had been identified by a DNA test conducted in Afghanistan. He was later buried at sea. A national security official told CNN there were multiple confirmations of bin Laden's identity, adding that they used "facial recognition work, amongst other things, to confirm the identity.” The last confirmed video we saw of him several years ago said he would die in the "belly of the eagle". Not backed up against the wall in his hiding spot. Saddam Hussein died with more honor. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/pakistan/8488004/Osama-Bin-Ladens-body-identified-by-sisters-brain.html This is especially true when that enemy has been dead for over 9 years. Yeah! Those SEALS are known to be the least honorable group of out there... /sarcasm.

Thanks for having the journalistic integrity which is missing from most main stream media today

Morrison May 2, 2011 8:50 am (Pacific time)

Tim, as time goes by more information (and pictures) will be released, and for some that will diminish the conspiracy theories that have been out there in fantasyland; but for a small group of individuals it will not change anything. As you know there is a cottage industry out there that seems compelled to obscure any new info that becomes available to alter the validity (I use this word loosely) of the conspiritist's multiple theories. It should be mentioned that the DNA of Usama has been available for quite some time, so to electronically transmit a reference sample, it would be assessed quickly for specific makers, but who really knows what tech our government has available. His burial at sea was an excellent move, and probably had been a matter of contingent policy developed long ago. If he had been taken alive, the Obama Admisistration would have preferred that, regardless of what they say, just think about that for a moment. Attorney General Holder would have loved to have tried him in New York City, especially with the political season coming up, but our Special Op's people would not have allowed that, that's for sure. We owe so much thanks to our CIA and our military, and the intelligence and counter intelligent policies developed years ago. I would urge caution at this time, for revenge is a primary motive of the radical terrorists. For those who think the dispatching of Usama is a myth, then take a sign about that to the celebration gatherings out there. Go look up some special op personnel (active and retired) and challenge their integrity, call them liars to their face. Now that would be a course of action for a brave (or a nut) person to do, and show some honest integrity on their part.

Anonymous May 2, 2011 7:53 am (Pacific time)

When the FBI was asked, why isnt osama on the ten most wanted list for 911, the FBI replied "there is not enough evidence" (you can verify this on the FBI website). So what do we really have here...osama has been silent for many years. Not a peep. They say they killed him yesterday, so what will be the true outcome? More of a police state, more TSA groping, fear of an attack now from the taliban, which will mean expanded wars and the cost that goes along with it, collapse the dollar even more, and raise gas prices even more. Two sides to every coin I guess huh?

After over ten years of in depth research, it is without a doubt in my mind, that osama died in 2001. Why is media using a picture of the dead osama, that has been floating around on the internet for years instead of taking a recent pic? Why did they bury the body at sea so quickly? There are enough holes in this "killing osama" story you could drive a truck thru it. The timing is perfect for obama tho isnt it? Good job Tim, thanks for not letting me down on this one. But I have to admit, I am perplexed. First the forged birth certificate, and now this. Something in the air, and its not good. Distraction from the failing economy and collapse of the dollar? distraction from U.S. backed NATO killing Libyan children? 2012 election? I dont know, but coming out with this latest news and the forged b.c. in such a short time frame makes me nervous. The truth will unravel, as time goes on, just like it did after 911.

The burial at sea component of this supposed event is what leads me to believe what Tim is saying. It is a typical political ploy used many times in many formats. In this case, they bring out some years old DNA holding material to be tested bury an unknown body at sea with accompanying burial footage and thus lose any additional source of DNA to verify the story. Sorry but this smacks of the typical smoke and mirrors our politicians have become infamous for. This simply buys the Democrats, Republicans, and the mega-money brokers who support them both with more time to bilk the world of what riches they haven't managed to steal yet. It should take them about 4 or 5 more years to accomplish their goal. I believe Tim's opinion piece is the most accurate piece I have read to-date!

I Did think the DNA comment was a Bit ODD..I think the Timing is ODD..LITERALLY on a Sunday night? I mean the Fact I ONLY saw Kids who were asleep when 9/11 occured out partying like Spring Break was Odd...What I just Read about Usama Bin Laden,,,That is Not ODD..It may not be the EXACT true Story..But unlike 9/11 it makes Complete Sese and it corresponds with many other accounts I had heard over the Years..You eventually put it togethert when 10 out of 15 people have the Same Concept, and dont know one anther its usually true..NICE WORK!

Oh okay guess his body has been given over to the sea....quick burial....

Isnt anyone cynical at the speed with which they did this DNA test.....thought it took 3-5 days....thought it was a process...oh yeah and the fact that no pics of the corpse will be released too gruesome...since when has the news been concerned with gruesome...I think terrorists should not be tolerated just a lil cynical about the reports on main stream media

should help Obama's public opinion ratings, and just in time for him to switch baqck to campaign mode. Oh wait!! He never stopped campaigning!!

George May 1, 2011 11:34 pm (Pacific time)

How convenient for Obama just when his approval rating has slid to an all time low, and just before he begins his bid for another term. hhmmmm. I can hear him now, "i killed Usama, something Bush couldn't do." Watch his ratings jump 10 points over the next month.

Finally, Someone who isn't afraid to be called "un-american" and actually questions the ridiculous news the sheeple of this country will believe. Who can believe Osama lived in a cave underground for 10 years on dialysis....?

how many people did he kill? and i would like to see the news reports of this so called bombing today prove to me that there was a bombing and no i don't believe he was killed under bush. but then again i bet u also think the moon landing was faked as well im sure they used a little thing they call a dna test as for people being killed there are people being killed all over the world so why dont you talk about all the genocide in Africa.

Editor: Wow, moon landings?  Have you seen my reports on the genocide in Sri Lanka in the last week?  Today I published our regular weekly article of all the week's Africa news.

Absolutely horrible. You are not a true American if you can't even have the respect and dignity to acknowledge that a horrible terrorist leader has been killed whether it was today, yesterday, or 2 years ago. You are a horrible person.

Tim King: I'm a human being Chris, you are saying, 'take the statements, the words of an elected politician, about a man who probably never had anything to do with 99% of the terrible threat he came to represent, and what, cheer his death?  No way, never.  We also strongly decry the political murder and joke of a trial of Saddam Hussein, the President of Iraq.  that isn't how we are supposed to do business as Americans.  He had vital incriminating information on Bush, so they killed him, and many cried.  The worst part is that the last thing he talked about was freedom for Palestine.  I didn't always know that, and learning it really made me think.

Then I learned that the Saddam's 'human meat grinder' in Baghdad that I supposedly stood a couple of hundred feet from, according to the Army, "just out of sight", was complete BS and the product of an advertising agency.

Then I learned that the stories about Iraqi soldiers killing Kuwaiti babies in '91 was from an ad agency in Kuwait.

You can learn all kinds of things that rob your faith in news like this.  Think what you will, but I am not a horrible person, I care about humanity and I am greatly involved in the fight to try and save it through true hard hitting journalism.  I've gone to the wars and reported and photographed their reality and I always treated our soldiers and Marines with respect.  However accepting officials at face value, especially after WMD's and a million and a half dead in the Middle east because of our ruthless wars; that I can not do.

You guys are complete morons...
