(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) - Craig Schelske announced his acceptance of a settlement offer by prominent Nashville, Tennessee divorce attorney, John Hollins Sr. and Hollins, Wagster, Yarbrough, Weatherly & Raybin, P.C., regarding the slander lawsuit, Schelske vs. Hollins. Hollins conceded to Schelske late Thursday afternoon. Hollins succumbed to the pressure imposed by Schelske in light of the impending truth regarding the falsity of Hollins' statements made to People Magazine where Hollins claimed that he had photos depicting Schelske in sexual situations. The two week trial would have commenced on Monday March 28 in front of the Honorable Davidson County, Tennessee judicial judge, Amanda McClendon. Following almost 5 years of scrutiny and litigation over various issues, Schelske and his attorney Jeff Miller are very pleased and satisfied with Hollins' settlement offer. "It has been a long fight but when it comes to defending my kids, there is no cost too high,” states Schelske. Source: Keller Keller & Associates
