(SALEM, Ore.) - The latest jackpot winner is David Lynn of Monmouth, who won the $1 million St. Patrick's Day Raffle. Lynn purchased the ticket at the Stop and Save gas station in Rickreall. The winning number for the $1 million top prize in the St. Patrick's Day Raffle is 193951. Only 250,000 tickets were sold for the St. Patrick's Day Raffle, making it the Oregon Lottery game with the best odds to win $1 million. In addition to the top prize, the game also has 1,800 other cash prizes including 300 prizes of $500 and 1,500 prizes of $100. This week the Oregon Lottery has given away more than $14.6 million in large jackpots. A complete list of all the winning numbers can be found on the Lottery's website at www.oregonlottery.org. Players can also check their St. Patrick's Day Raffle tickets at any Oregon Lottery retail location. The next Oregon Raffle will be the 2016 St. Patrick's Day Raffle, with tickets going on sale in January 2016. Lottery officials recommend that you always sign the back of your tickets with each Oregon Lottery game you play, to ensure you can claim any prize you may win. The Oregon Lottery reminds players to always sign the back of their Lottery tickets, regardless of the game. In the event of winning a jackpot, they should consult with a trusted financial planner or similar professional to develop a plan for their winnings. Prize winners of more than $50,000 should contact the Lottery office to schedule an appointment to claim their prize. Since the Oregon Lottery began selling tickets on April 25, 1985, it has earned over $9 billion for economic development, public education, state parks and watershed enhancements.
