Joy Graves Courageously Fights For Proper Counsel and Justice

The case that never should have been has turned into the never ending story.

(CANYON CITY, Ore.) - Under the guidance and support of James Mooney, Elder Medicine Man and leader Oklevueha Native American Church, Joy Graves filed formal complaints against both of her attorneys with the Oregon State Bar Association.

In official documents filed against Timothy R. Gassner and Brian Michaels, Joy lists copious reasons for her dissatisfaction, including a lack of knowledge about her case, inadequate communication and neglectful efforts on the part of both attorneys.

Joy is crystal clear, that she believes those representing her are not doing so with the zealousness required by the constitution.

She feels her health and her freedom are at an increased risk by reason of the “intentionally neglectful” representation she has received. Raymond Martin has also filed a complaint against his attorney.

Counsel are not the only officials awarded complaints in this case today. Joy has filed an official complaint against Judge William Cramer with the Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability stating willful misconduct in office and persistent failure to perform judicial duties.

Judge Cramer has determined Joy may not use religion as a defense in front of the jury.

Based on his ruling the jury will never hear that Joy Graves is a spiritual leader who consumes cannabis as a part of tribal ritual.

Joy maintains Judge Cramer has violated many constitutional laws, including, but not limited to, the US Code, Title 18, Section 242 and the First and Fourteenth Amendment.

These moves are bold and brave on the part of Joy.

please fax complaints against judge william cramer for racial and religious discrimination, failing to remain unbias, and his illegal court behavior for continuing a case that violates federal and state constitutional laws and thensome.
