Five Masked Men Tie-Up Homeowner; Get Away with Cash, Guns

Five masked and gloved suspects tied up a homeowner Friday morning in Eagle Creek, Oregon.

(EAGLE CREEK, Ore. ) - Five masked and gloved suspects tied up a homeowner Friday morning in Eagle Creek, Oregon.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's office says they were called to the home just after 2:00 a.m. The victim was tied up with flex ties, while the suspect ransacked the home stealing a number of expensive items.

Police say the suspects got away with a large amount of cash, and firearms as well, and may have known the victim as they seemed to know where to locate the items.

The victim said the men appeared to be of Latino decent since one or more of the suspects spoke "broken English" police said.

The suspects were seen driving away in a silver, four door sedan.

The homeowner sustained minor injuries during the burglary and was cared for by medical responders.
