Jun-25-2012 13:11TweetFollow @OregonNews Mother Receives Bill to Clean her Dead Son's Blood After he was Killed by Drunk DriverSalem-News.com“I had to pay for the vehicle removed and to clean up the street from Justin’s blood on the ground.” - Loretta Robinson
(GREENVILLE, S.C. KultureKritic) - Loretta Robinson, a mother in South Carolina, was hit with tragedy when she found out that her son was killed by a drunken driver. Adding insult to injury, the state has sent her a bill for the cleanup of her son’s blood off the highway. The incident took place in Greenville, “I never would have imagined getting that call,” she said, with tears in her eyes. “Never in one million years expected that.” Anna Gonzalez pleaded guilty to hitting Robinson’s son. After the plea was entered, the man’s mother told the judge about all the bills she’s received as the result of her son’s death. Why Gonzalez was not required to pay these bills is a mystery. In addition to paying for her son’s blood cleanup, Robinson was told to pay for the storage of his vehicle after the accident. “I had to pay to have the vehicle towed,” she said. “I had to pay for the vehicle removed and to clean up the street from Justin’s blood on the ground.” Ms. Robinson said that the bill that hurt the most was the one for getting the street cleaned of her son’s blood. Ms. Gonzalez is an illegal immigrant and was sentenced to 17 years in prison for what she did to Ms. Robinson’s son. “First of all, having to open the mail and look at the charge to the deceased, Justin Darryl Walker — the deceased! It’s just a hard thing to deal with in the context of your child,” she said. The State Office of Victims Assistance has provided limited funds to Ms. Robinson. But those funds mostly cover the funeral, medical and counseling expenses. Gonzalez has been in the US for 12 years, but has never obtained a driver’s license while in the state. Because she has been convicted of a felony, she would not be eligible for the guaranteed immunity President Obama has offered to all illegal immigrants who arrived in the country before the age of 16. Shortly before the accident, she may have been eligible if this was her first offense. “We have to be able, as a country, to figure out a way with people here who are illegal and commit crimes,” Robinson said.

Thank the illegals for that. Because of them the States have no money. So they get it from the American tax dollars. Anna Gonzalez - she is not an illegal is she? The report doesn't say anything. Because we don't want to offend the racist group LaRaza do we?
