(WOODBURN) - A Woodburn tanning salon owner is accused of taking photographs of his clients on his cell phone while they tanned.

Police arrested 40-year-old Randy Ruiz of Gervais for invading the privacy of his clients at Cutters Tanning. Police investigated after a client filed a complaint.

The police found Ruiz may have taken pictures of numerous partially clad clients during the last six months.

The Woodburn Police Department is asking that other women who think they may have been a victim call the Woodburn Police Department at (503) 982-2345 or Crime Stoppers at (503) 981-3691.
