Sandy Marketplace is a 101,438 square foot center anchored by Hi-School Pharmacy with 16 tenants. Sandy, Oregon has a population of approximately 20,000 and is east of Portland and west of Hood. The town has a thriving business base including services for visitors to the Mt. Hood Recreation Area.
