Missing Oregon Teen Found Safe in Southern California

Police spoke with Whitehurst Saturday over the phone, and she told them that she she had gone there by choice.

Prineville police say missing Prineville, Oregon teen Amanda Whitehurst turned herself in to authorities in Santa Ana, California Saturday morning.

(SANTA ANA, Calif. ) - Prineville police say missing Prineville, Oregon teen Amanda Whitehurst turned herself in to authorities in Santa Ana, California Saturday morning.

Police said they are still looking for 18-year-old Maxwell Alan Villa in connection with the case.

The white 1997 Toyota 4-Runner that Whitehurst and Villa traveled in, which was reported stolen, was found.

Whitehurst had been missing for five days. She last was seen early Monday morning, between midnight and 1:00 AM.

Police found Whitehurst's car in Terrebonne on Wednesday.

Police spoke with Whitehurst Saturday over the phone, and she told them that she she had gone there by choice.

Your right she was never force. She went on her own will but her family tend to belive her because all she is, is a lying girl to have people feel sorry for her

she wasnt forced,she wanted to go and didnt care about anything,shes a trouble maker when she doesnt get her way,no matter what it cost,anything to make her look good..she will lie and believe every word she says...
