LaVena Johnson's rape and murder were deemed a 'suicide' in one of the most flagrant abuses of justice in US history.

(CLEVELAND) - The vicious rape and murder of LaVena Johnson at Joint Base Balad in Iraq is one of the most gut wrenching miscarriages of justice ever recorded. The investigating authorities with the government apparently concluded that she lit her public area on fire before committing suicide, and that she beat herself and knocked her own teeth out. This, we are expected to believe, from the daughter of a physician who had just told her mother how excited she was about coming home on leave. Trayvon Martin's death is sad, LaVena Johnson's death is maddening.

Your wife and daughters could have been the Army PFC,
LaVena Lynn Johnson vs. Trayvon Martin can’t compare,
She was under the protection of the U.S. Army over there.

While Trayvon was in Florida LaVena was on duty in Iraq,
She did not throw the first punch but she was fighting back,
Martin did not know Zimmerman whereas LaVena knew,
Her attacker(s) as all the evidence provided a clear view.

She was savagely beaten and brutally violated there's no doubt,
Murdered 8 years ago today, 7/19/05, DOJ can’t figure it out,
While this same DOJ is being called on to investigate and see,
If Civil Rights Violations occurred but not for the Army PFC?

Now the Jury has spoken, any blame lies not with the defense,
Prosecutors conducted a trial legal experts say made no sense,
American citizens are racially divided amidst he said, she said,
Where is support for LaVena as both victims ended up dead?

It’s a popular commercial called, “I’ve got your 6” yeah right,
As not one arm of the United States Military has put up a fight,
For a soldier serving her country assaulted in the dead of night,
Tens of thousands support Martin claiming Black Civil Rights.

Stevie Wonder said he will no longer perform in Florida, okay,
Venice Boluevard & Crenshaw, July 12 another life taken away,
2 Black gunmen shot unarmed Dejon Ward, 12:45 P.M. Friday,
No comment from Wonder but will he also not perform in L.A.?

The only crime by this 21 year old college student? He got lost,
Wherefore, he pulled over in a like color area, look what it cost,
Not a gated community, predominantly white, but other Blacks,
Innocently sitting in his car, seat belt on, an unprovoked attack

Question: Why does the killing of Blacks raise eyebrows only when,
Others are responsible, while stats prove Blacks do it again & again,
President Obama, Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson are way out of line,
Be involved in every senseless murder and not just Trayvon this time.

We live in a world of social & economic injustice. The main reason for founding America in the first place was to relieve the oppression of the King of England. Patrick Henry said it best, “give me liberty or give me death.” And yet, all too often death seems to be the only way out. Why is there such a high suicide rate especially among teens, in the land of the free & the home of the brave? What makes headlines? Good news? Ha! More depressing stories than anything else. I feel poetry takes an edge off the hurt of bad news while still delivering it but in a, “glitzy” sort of way. Giving a different perspective. Kind of like slap in the face as opposed to a knife in the back. At least with the slap you’ll live to see another day and you will know whom it’s from. I wasn’t here for the beginning of the world but at 59, I just might be here for the end.

Thank you for updating me Tim King. I was in the military a long time ago and not in the Navy, though my oldest son retired from the Navy a few years back as an aviator. During my time e-4's were essentially not NCO's, except that corporals were considered junior NCO's their power was limited. I still stand by my assessment that those who considered us veterans/active-duty personnel as patsy's/rubes for serving in the military as insulting to the nth.

E-5 and above is a designated NCO rank. Do some research Pinkfloyd. Suffice, you are not a veteran, nor have you earned the right to say you served the bankers or anyone else in regards to the U.S. military, a most honorable activity except to you it appears. Are we all rubes for doing so to you? Frankly I agree with the below poster in that if we all took your attitude regarding your opinion on what is or is not a righteous national defense posture, America would not exist. I assume you also have a problem with "capitalism?" You familiar with UDT and the SEAL's? Tell me PinkFloyd, why not share your discharge papers/or DD214 and if fraudulent then that is a serious felony...if you have nothing to worry about, then who cares if someone says you photo-shopped it other than the U.S. Justice Department?

Tim King: E4 and up are the NCO ranks, not E5. Marine Corporals were filling the role of platoon leader when I covered the war in Iraq in '08, corporals are Non Commissioned Officers in the Marine Corps.

Luke, this is for you. I was a single dad from the time my daughter and son were 4 and 6, until they were 14 and 16. I met a lady that I finally liked. I was good looking, fit, owned a nice home, a new car etc, I had girls breaking my door down, but I was picky. She stole my heart. She had two children also. 8 year old girl, and 10 year old boy. Over the years I fell in love with her family. Her little girl was an angel, whereas I had some problems with the others, but all worked out. Well, two weeks ago today, her little girl passed away. I not only lost a daughter, but I lost a wife. She is still here, no divorce or anything, but she is an empty shell. I have no clue if she will heal. So, if I dont type everything perfectly, forgive me. I lost everything. But if you think I am going to come on here and tell lies, you are sadly mistaken. I dont care anymore. My world has been turned upside down. She was 17 years old. Check the statemanjournal from two weeks ago today..that was my baby. My goal now, is not to let her life go to waste, I will shout truth and what I have learned at every mountain top. ALL wars are banker wars, the rockefellers took over the education and medical system back in 1901, to indoctrinate, and the rothchilds took over our banking system in 1913. Get a grip, feel the pain finding out you have been lied to all your life...Be a friggin MAN luke. And quit calling me a liar without doing the research.

by the way...navy boot camp was 9 weeks, not 12 weeks, and I remember our bus dropping off the marines before they took us navy guys to our destination in San Diego. I dont want to fight you man, but every word I type in my posts are true, and it kinda sucks that people call me a liar before doing their research. Please research the links I sent, and please contact the Navy about my story before calling me a liar. That is all I ask. You are interesting, you want a fair trial for trayvon, but you jump to conclusions that are not researched to condemn me and call me a liar. Shame on you.

I started off by talking the recruiter getting me in with E-2. It was easy. I made top ten of my class in boot camp with gave me the third stripe. During school, I was 4.0 top of my class and they gave me E-4 status which is "chief petty officer" which is equal to sergeant. Sorry I did not make that clear. As far as showing you my discharge paper "honorable discharge: unable to adapt to military life" been there, done that, you will just say its "photoshopped". Try contacting the Navy and ask them if there was "honorable discharge unable to adapt" back around 1980, before calling me a liar. Did you research it? No you did not, its easier to just call me a liar..Typical. My apology, it was not 4 months, it was 5 months and 11 days, I just looked up my papers. I tried out for the navy seals simply to see if I could do it. And I did. As far as not following orders? You should do some homework, or research "all wars are banker wars" ..The U.S. has never been under threat. Hitler was set up by the bankers, they financed all sides. If you want to go kill people so that bankers can steal resources of other countries, and build a psychopathic NWO, or fight so that rothchild/banker owned israel can take over Palestine and control the rest of the middle east, then go kill people for the bankers..I wont. No wars were for our freedom, or a threat we would be in concentration camps. Ignorance and killing are what has collapsed this country, both financially and morally. Pinkfloyd never saw the type of discharge you have for your stated reasons...you want to share a copy of it? Of course I will not hold my breath, nor do I think our nation would exist if we all individually decided on what we deemed important to serve in the military. For example, WWII veterans were 2/3's drafted, the highest ever. Japan would have rolled over us and killed everyone had we all shared your lack of substantive values.

Oops! One more thing, being unable to adapt gets you a, "Medical Discharge" as there is nothing, "Honorable" in being crazy. Sgt. with 4 months of enlistment, lol. Furthermore, why even tryout for, "Navy Seals" if you had no intentions of shooting people? Come on guy, U R conversing with a JarHead. I was born at night but not last night.

soldiers refused to follow orders. Say what you will but I don't fancy living in Concentration Camps while being a day laborer picking cotton or being used for medical research instead of mice and monkeys. War is not what set this country free but winning those wars is.
BTW, the Navy does not have the title of Sergeant and if it did there's no way you go from Private E-1 to Sergeant E-5 in 4 months. There is something called, "Boot Camp" which takes 3 months in itself to complete. I stand corrected PinkFloyd. U R a, "LYING IDIOT" and not a good one at that.

And Luke, I was Navy. I would not shoot people so they made me a hospital corpsman. I was top ten in my class in boot camp, I made the navy seal tryouts, and was a sergeant within 4 months of my enlistment. Its "V" on the sleeve. I still have all the paperwork. But I decided NOT to follow orders, and I was discharged. I got my discharge, which says, "HONORABLE discharge, "unable to adapt to military life" I have the documents to show you. I dont get any of the VA benefits, but I will never regret what I did. I refused to take orders from a banker owned/controlled military that did nothing but exploit other nations for their resources and control. I guess I am an idiot.

PinkFloyd: I was in the service (Sgt. U.S.M.C.) and like all soldiers I went were my assignment(s) took me. Ms. Johnson likewise, just following orders. The point is, Tray and Zim had never seen each other before while LaVena knew her attacker. As there was one intent by him or them, to rape this fellow soldier and to destroy all the evidence leading to their identification. Soldiers do not pick assignments; they do not serve at their own convenience. For patriotic, financial or whatever reasons for enlisting, this country could not stand w/o the armed forces. At the very least, soldiers should not have to defend against friend and foe alike. Even if her assailant(s) was a contractor, the U.S. Military overlooked obvious evidence contrary to said evidence and deemed her death a suicide.
It is also obvious that the guilty was high in rank for the cover-up to stand 8 years later.
The fact that LaVena was honorably serving her country (for idiots like you) is more of a travesty than the Trayvon verdict. The Martin jury made their decision based on the lack of evidence. Not on evidence that was overlooked and/or not admitted for review. Capiche?

Just another obscure name. Why are we so quick to dismiss these events from our memories? Looking at the picture with the guy in the Hollister shirt reminded me of poetry (not to be confused with poetic justice). Hollister rhymes with McCollister. Scott McCollister, to be exact. This white bully walked a round a car containing Kendra James. He was something like 240 and she a hundred pounds (in the rain). After harassing her, Scotty boy jumps in the car and beats this woman senseless. He broke her nose, her cheekbone, her jaw, etc. She fought him as best she could. In the end, she kicked him in the balls. That almost ended Scottie's tirade. Almost. After harassing this woman, after beating the living shit out of her, this coward pulls out his service weapon and fires a bullet into her ass. "that'll teach her," he said to himself. It taught her alright. DSince she was semi-conscious and sprawled out on the seats, the bullet went in her ass, up through her torso, and stopped when it reached her heart.
Kendra died, Scotty lied, and this badboy cop weasled out of his murder by stating that she was sitting up and attempting to flee the scene. Kendra and her unborn child are now just distant memories; statistics in the annals of Portland, Oregon's long and deadly history of murdering unarmed citizens (particularly their black citizens and other "minorities"). When asked if he waould do it again, Scotty replied "hell yes."
Do you know who they pressured into resigning? Not dear old Scotty boy. No sirree. Vera Katz called on the police chief to resign because the chief wanted to fire this murderous thug before he could kill again.

WMD's that Bush lied about? A country that was protecting themselves from a foreign invasion taking their resources? Seems to me, anyone who went to Iraq is worse than anything Zimmerman allegedly did. The lack of intelligence in this country is overwhelming. Everyone seems to be a guinea pig, doing whatever the mainstream tells them to do, how to feel etc. Or so called "journalists/authors jumping on the current bandwagon to get their 15 minutes of fame. The social breakdown in this country, thru media/education has brought this country to its knees, and very few seem to care, very few even see it. It is my belief, that its not about racism as obama's agenda tends to want (read the book, rules for radicals by Salinski, who was obama and hillarys mentor. He explains very well, do anything, kill, lie, cheat, whatever it takes to get your agenda across). Also, its not about race, its about how people carry themselves. How they dress and how they walk. If you dress and walk like a gangster, then people are going to think you are a gangster. Is that ok? I was at the beach, with my stained jeans with holes in them, and a sleeveless t-shirt. I was treated differently. Later, I changed into a button down shirt, clean pants and put my hair in a pony tail. I was treated totally different than earlier in the day.
