(SALEM / TEHRAN) - Long before the dramatic "killing" of Usama bin Laden by U.S. Navy SEAL's in Pakistan, I wrote about the impossibility of the man being alive.

First and foremost, and this is common knowledge; he was suffering from kidney failure and required dialysis treatments to stay alive. This complicated medical procedure, we are supposed to believe, according to the Obama account, had been taking place in a cave and then this house in Pakistan, while the man had an extraordinary price tag of $25 million U.S. on his head in a poverty ridden and diverse country.

The most difficult part to accept, is nobody calling the Americans ever, until the highly touted Obama operation, to cash in on the deal. It is very hard to believe, and there is a long list of men who look like him in the Middle east; a long list.

And to consider that Obama is no better; using this fictional story to boost the current U.S. President's popularity just before reelection. In this act, Obama pulled a Bush. He preyed upon the moral decency of people who would never believe their national elected leaders would lie to them in this way.

For the record, I do not believe that the U.S. Navy Sailors who participated in that mission into Pakistan as part of a SEAL team, are any direct part of this.

Of course the changing images of this terrorist over the years... that was another priceless part of this U.S. concocted plan to take this nation to war in the Middle east.

What red blooded American is comfortable making this point besides myself and a handful of other writers? Yet I ask, how can anyone miss the extraordinary timing of bin Laden's 'appearances' that mysteriously manifested supposedly through Al Jazeera? Every time Bush was sweating it or needing to move some political item, there was bin Laden threatening "our freedoms" and what a crock it all is.

The only thing the man ever did was deny involvement in 911. His words were carried by major media and we have published them many times; they are published below, along with the FBI wanted poster for him that had no reference to 911 whatsoever.

New Revelation

After writing about this seemingly in vain, I am not shocked to learn that a former agent of the CIA reveals that "al-Qaeda leader" Osama bin Laden died of natural causes five years before the US announced his death. The scoop comes from Press TV and FARS News Agency as well as The Nation in Pakistan:

The politician was talking to Russia’s Channel One, Turkish News reported.

"In September of 1992 I was in Chechnya, that’s when I first met the man whose name was Bin Laden. This meeting took place in a two-story house in the city of Grozny; on the top floor was a family of Gamsakhurdia, the Georgian president, who then was kicked out of his country. We met on the bottom floor; Osama lived in the same building," said Berkan Yashar.

CIA gave him the name Abubakar, according to Channel One. According to Berkan, after that trip Chechen nationals appeared in Osama bin Laden’s circle. Berkan Yashar emphasized that they did not participate “directly in the terror bombings.” He added, “They protected bin Laden, it was his choice because he trusted them entirely, and knew that they would never betray.”

Berkan revealed some astonishing when asked about bin Laden’s death in Pakistan on May 2 last year. He said: “Even if the entire world believed I could not possibly believe it.” “I personally know the Chechens who protected him, they are Sami, Mahmood, and Ayub, and they were with him until the very end. I remember that day very well, there were three sixes in it: 26 June 2006. These people, as well as two others from London and two Americans, all seven of them, saw him dead. He was very ill, he was skin and bones, very thin, and they washed him and buried him.”

He said “only three Chechens buried him, according to his will” in the mountains on the Pakistan-Afghan border. “There was no assault. I know the American operations from the inside: they find the grave, dig out bin Laden and tell everyone about this. They need to show how technologically the security services worked, how each step was controlled, and then present it as a great victory to show that taxpayers are not paying taxes for nothing.”

“I was the first one who announced the date of his death in November of 2008 at a conference in Washington, not naming any names, and it looks like it was when the Americans began to track my contacts,” he said.

According to him, the last security he saw was Sami, who was abducted by the CIA before bin Laden was declared killed and most likely it was Sami who disclosed to them the exact place of burial in the mountains on the Pakistan-Afghan border.

Washington announced on May 2, 2011 that Bin Laden was killed by US forces in his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

The lack of transparency over bin Laden's death has cast further doubt over the announcement.

Salon's June Bombshell

And it was just last month, that Salon.com published what we referred to as a bombshell of a report about how the Bush Administration was claiming budgetary issues, while planning high dollar contractor deals to establish a drone program.

Over 120 CIA documents concerning 9/11, Osama bin Laden and counterterrorism were published today for the first time, having been newly declassified and released to the National Security Archive. The documents were released after the NSA pored through the footnotes of the 9/11 Commission and sent Freedom of Information Act requests.

The material contains much new information about the hunt before and after 9/11 for bin Laden, the development of the drone campaign in AfPak, and al-Qaida’s relationship with America’s ally, Pakistan. Perhaps most damning are the documents showing that the CIA had bin Laden in its cross hairs a full year before 9/11 — but didn’t get the funding from the Bush administration White House to take him out or even continue monitoring him. The CIA materials directly contradict the many claims of Bush officials that it was aggressively pursuing al-Qaida prior to 9/11, and that nobody could have predicted the attacks. “I don’t think the Bush administration would want to see these released, because they paint a picture of the CIA knowing something would happen before 9/11, but they didn’t get the institutional support they needed,” says Barbara Elias-Sanborn, the NSA fellow who edited the materials.

Let’s start there. In 2000 and 2001, the CIA began using Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Afghanistan. “The idea of using UAVs originated in April 2000 as a result of a request from the NSC’s Coordinator for Counterterrorism to the CIA and the Department of Defense to come up with new ideas to go after the terrorists in Afghanistan,” a 2004 document summarizes. The Pentagon approved the plan for surveillance purposes.

Years of Speculation

I have speculated that his end probably came in 2001; when U.S. forces invaded Afghanistan and worked with the Northern Alliance to take the Taliban out of control, something which obviously did not a have a lasting affect.

What we know about bin Laden is simple:

• As a Mujaheddin leader, he helped bring about the end of America's staunchest Cold War enemy, the Soviet Union.
• Usama bin Laden was slowly dying from kidney failure prior to 2001.
• He allegedly lived in a cave and then a Pakistani house with a several million dollar price tag on his head.
• Residents of Abbottabad, Pakistan, who lived in the neighborhood for years- expressed serious doubt over his existence there.
• His image and name were used multiple times by the Bush administration to raise and adjust the (color-coded) 'terror level' in America.

That is what we know, along with the fact that bin Laden clearly and unequivocally denied having any involvement in the U.S. terrorist attacks.

In his statement from 2001, bin Laden said:"The U.S. government has consistently blamed me for being behind every occasion its enemies attack it.

"I would like to assure the world that I did not plan the recent attacks, which seems to have been planned by people for personal reasons."

"I have been living in the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan and following its leaders' rules. The current leader does not allow me to exercise such operations."

We also know that the Taliban offered to hand bin Laden over to U.S. authorities if they could simply demonstrate his complicity with 911, back when all of this began.

It didn't happen, Bush rejected the plan, he never cared about catching bin Laden and he said as much; he cared about using the man's name and image to start a new round of the crusades and with this bloody idea, Bush had great success.

President George Bush rejected as "non-negotiable" an offer by the Taliban to discuss turning over Osama bin Laden if the United States ended the bombing in Afghanistan.

Returning to the White House after a weekend at Camp David, the president said the bombing would not stop, unless the ruling Taliban "turn [bin Laden] over, turn his cohorts over, turn any hostages they hold over."

He added, "There's no need to discuss innocence or guilt. We know he's guilty". In Jalalabad, deputy prime minister Haji Abdul Kabir - the third most powerful figure in the ruling Taliban regime -

told reporters that the Taliban would require evidence that Bin Laden was behind the September 11 terrorist attacks in the US, but added: "we would be ready to hand him over to a third country".

I've been to Jalabad, I have seen the places bin Laden called home, and I have talked to many people in Afghanistan who can tell you all about the Taliban, a very real organized force that has been actively fighting the U.S. for a decade, but nobody in Afghanistan seems to know anything about 'al Qaeda' which is actually a name given to an operation in the 1980's to fund bin Laden and other resistance fighters in Afghanistan, who were in the process of defeating the Russian invaders.

Salon.com did the world a real service by publishing information proving conclusively that George W. Bush had zero interest in bin Laden after former President Bill Clinton tried very hard to take him out of existence. The full truth is that Bush killed the program to hunt bin Laden when he was in our gun sights, before 911. Think about that for a moment... could killing bin Laden have been the death of the Bush/Cheney 911 attacks?

It is important to bear in mind, that this man was not wanted in connected with the attacks that happened on U.S. soil 11 Sept. 2001. A statement was released by bin Laden immediately after the attacks stating that he had nothing to do with the U.S. attacks. He was not an 'al Qaida leader', he was involved in its founding, with the CIA, in a joint U.S./Mujaheddin operation to defeat the Soviets.

He was a friend of America. In fact, bin Laden was one of the chief men behind the actual defeat of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan and the subsequent collapse of Communism! This was America's hardcore Cold War nemesis and where is the appreciation for what the resistance fighters like bin Laden accomplished? Don't get me wrong, I think bin Laden was a fundamentalist terrorist also, but he became a threat to the U.S. after the first Bush decided to burn billions of taxpayer dollars to have a glorious little war that led to the slaughter of retreating Iraqi troops, called 'Desert Storm'. As the warlord Mujaheddin leader, Usama bin Laden wanted to fight Saddam Hussein's forces and not involve the west. That is what turned him against us, otherwise the west had not been a factor to him.

Israel, Please, No More Bin Laden Tapes, Nobody is Buying It!

This is reportedly a CIA operation that led to the 'death' of bin Laden so many years after the United States attacked Afghanistan in 2001.

MSNBC reports that, "Details of the death were sparse".

CNN's Wolf Blitzer reported that he was killed in a mansion outside Islamabad, the Pakistani capital.

Just remember that we have taken this apart; so has the BBC and other groups.

Over the years, the appearance and sound of Usama bin Laden, who is often referred to as 'Osama' bin Laden has changed, his hairline and hair color have changed, he was at one point appearing dramatically younger after it was documented that he was terribly ill back in 2000.

It is again, extremely important to note that bin Laden was never listed as a suspect in the attacks on the United States.

The FBI wanted poster, as shown in this new condensed format, thanks to the FBI, makes absolutely no reference to 911. It seems fair after what we are told, that he would at least have his name on it with the feds.

Al Qaida was created by the CIA as a covert operation to arm and fund the Afghan rebels during the Soviet invasion of their country. It became the buzz word of U.S. politicians but there is no structured group of this name, unlike the Taliban.

The U.S. has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, so they say, but for those of us who have examined this story with a critical eye, and in my case by actually being in Afghanistan and talking to many people in the affected areas; it seems like political grandstanding.

So do they have kidney dialysis machines in Pakistan that are always easy to access without revealing your identity... as bin Laden?

The following is from my report in the summer of 2007:

When I was in Afghanistan last winter, I had many opportunities to talk to Afghan citizens there about bin Laden, and learn their bottom line thoughts on this man that by so many accounts, is a dedicated enemy of the west

What I was told my many people there is that bin Laden represents an extremely pure interpretation of Islam to most Afghan people. Osama bin Laden is not an Afghan, he is Saudi Arabian. His family is still fighting lawsuits and claims that they cut him off 14 years ago from his share of his father's inheritance. A bin Laden spokesman in Saudi Arabia also formally denounced Osama recently.

The people of Afghanistan believe that turning bin Laden in to the U.S. or Coalition military would be a bit like Americans turning over James Baker to the United Nations. Even if he is a crook, he is still tauted by the religious community as a spiritual leader, and so is bin Laden. The Taliban are Afghanistan's "religious right" in fact, placing doctrine over public policy at every bend in the road.
