The police steal so much through intimidation of abandonment of their duties to protect and serve all equally, they are responsible for more shrinkage than anyone. Did you ever pay for a pizza and a cop walks out with four on the house. We all pay for this illegal nonsense. And I have news people, pizza is the least of it.
