(MARION COUNTY) - The Marion County Department of Public Works wants you to Be Aware! of the complete closure of the Mill Creek Bridge on Denver Street east of School Ave beginning on August 1st. The old bridge will be completely removed and a new bridge built in its place. There will be delays due to traffic lane closures both before and after the bridge closure. Traffic will be detoured via 55th Ave., Bear Lane and Marion Road. Marion County is encouraging motorists to use alternate routes when possible due to normal construction congestion and heavy truck traffic.
