Goldman Sachs, Monsanto and the Suspicious Drought

Why is no one is filing FOIAs about whether HAARP is being used to cause this drought that threatens agriculture here and thus the country itself?

As farmers are cutting down their corn in the Midwest and ranchers are selling off their cattle (while being slammed in Congress around two crucial issues - stopping the rigging of markets and getting their food labeled "Made in the US" - GIPSA and COOL), when is someone going to make the connection that HAARP is yet another part of the from-every-side onslaught against farming and ranching that is occurring here? Ranchers and farmers can't be so naive as not to know about HAARP or to consider the drought can be caused, can they?

After seeing all the ways the government/corporations are rigging everything that affects them - laws, markets, oversight agencies, Congress, etc. - why don't they know that "climate" can be "rigged" against them, too? The equipment is designed to manipulate (that is, rig) the climate.

Funny how the drought breaking down agriculture in the US is happening in combination with the global economy also being rigged to fall apart, and how Goldman Sachs and friends are benefiting from economic break down, are invested in starvation and are thought to have provoked a world hunger crisis. And let's not forget that Monsanto is johnny on the spot, too, with its allegedly "drought-resistant" seeds at the ready, seeds already being questioned by farmers and scientists.

Funny how profitable a drought can be.

So, the questions are: Why is no one is filing FOIAs about whether HAARP is being used to cause this drought that threatens agriculture here and thus the country itself? And why is no farming or ranching group asking Obama to use the equipment to make it rain, which it can do? (It can even cause floods.)

William Cohen warned about eco-terrorism but whose? Climate change via Scalar equipment is certainly not coming from a bunch of Muslims in Afghanistan or Iraq who don't have the giant facility (like the one the US has in Alaska) that is needed to do this.
