Mother of Physical Abuse Victim Arrested

Brandy's boyfriend, Michael Shane Abo, was arrested on January 4th, 2014, after investigators concluded he had caused injuries to the boy.

(MCMINNVILLE) - McMinnville Police Department detectives have arrested Brandy Lynn Robertson on charges of Criminal Mistreatment and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The case involves her four year old son who was transported to Oregon Health Science University on New Year's Eve after suffering a traumatic brain injury, as well as other traumatic injuries to his body.

Brandy's boyfriend, Michael Shane Abo, was arrested on January 4th, 2014, after investigators concluded he had caused injuries to the boy.

No other information is being released at this time, and information concerning the charges will be coming from the Yamhill County District Attorney's Office.

She will likely be arraigned on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 1:20pm.

Arrested:

Brandy Lynn Robertson, DOB 4/2/1984, who resided at 420 NE Evan Street Sheridan, Oregon, was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility on the following charges:

* One Count Criminal Mistreatment 1 SRA $7500.00

* One Count Recklessly Endangering Another Person SRA $5000.00
